I rang last Friday needing a Bus to take 35 staff to our Xmas Lunch and CoachHire were able to accommodate at the last minute, then once at restaurant I was asked to book a return trip back to office at 4.45pm and Keith Vincent was able to secure me another bus. Keith is an asset to CoachHire, polite, efficient and professional in a quick turnaround time.
The Buses were clean, air conditioned, fully maintained and both Drivers were polite, professional, accommodating and drove safely.
Do yourself a favour and use CoachHire for your next journey thats all I will be using.

I booked a coach through coachhire.com for a school excursion. It was more expensive than any other companies but the reviews were good, so I thought I would go with them. I had booked an airconditioned coach with 48 seats. I was emailed numerous times to remind me of what I had booked, so I thought everything was good. On the day, the bus that was waiting for our excursion was very run down, it only had 39 seats, wasn't a coach and wasn't air conditioned. To make matters worse the bus was leaking from the roof and students and teachers were getting wet and arrived at the excursion with wet bottoms. Quite a few students had to stand as there weren't enough seats.

I contacted the bus company and they were apologetic but said that due to the busy lead up to Christmas they couldn't secure a coach. I asked them why they didn't tell me that in the weeks and months leading up to the booking??

Great communication and pricing - Sam called when he was on his way, he then messaged when he was out front (5 minutes early, perfect). Sam was a great driver and collected us again right on time. He was patient during the traffic. It was a simple and enjoyable experience!

But it was our driver, Marian, who truly made our journey memorable. I recently used CoachHire to get to and from a music festival outside of Melbourne. Overall the process was seamless and the driver was great. Price point was was extremely reasonable with the inclusion of a trailer.

I had a terrible experience with CoachHire.com.au. I booked a 55-seater bus and on the day the the driver was changed and subsequently went to the wrong location. They were then late for the pick up and without any advise in advance only sent a 28 seater bus which meant having to complete multiple trips and therefore making the group late for their program. Had the information been provided to me earlier in the day I would have sourced alternate options. The customer service experience has been extremely poor and I had to call and email 5+ times before getting acknowledgment of my complaint. A mere 10% refund was offered when we have refunded 100% to our clients that we booked on behalf of as it was not the service that we had booked. Would not use again and would recommend to book directly with a bus company so you have direct communication and remove the middle man.

Our driver was fantastic - courteous, funny, flexible, considerate and just a pleasure to have with us through the day. Nothing was an issue! The booking process was simple and very cost effective. I compared the costs to at least 5 others and this was the most economical by far. I will definitely use Coach Hire again when booking for a group.

We had another great experience with Coachhire for the second year running. Kyle Mumford in particular was especially great, making sure the quote was as expected and that all our pick ups and requirements for the music festival were as expected. The coach was at the first pick well before expectation, waiting patiently and Jackie our drive was fantastic helping load and unload and ensured our trip to and from ran as smoothly as possible. The bus was clean and comfortable and reliably dropped off and picked up our guests from the agreed upon locations. The bus was 15 minutes late due to traffic and good weather; perhaps this could be avoided by making a more conservative estimate and an earlier collection time. Overall, it was a great service and a fair price too! We would recommend for anyone looking to arrange transport for guests attending their event.

The service and value of the service was fantastic. The driver was friendly and we arrived at our destination and was returned home without any issues at all. Thanks again for the trip!
