paid $30,000 to Coastal Debt Resolve over the course of their program, expecting professional assistance with my business MCA (merchant cash advance) debt. What I got instead was absolutely nothing. No progress, no settlements, no real communication — just excuses.
They promised results, took my money, and then told me there would be no refund. Their entire operation feels like a predatory scam, preying on small business owners in financial distress. They had no accountability, no documentation of effort, and refused to offer even a partial refund for the lack of service.
They operate under the disguise of helping businesses, but in reality, they seem to charge massive upfront fees and do little or nothing in return. I’ve reported them to the Attorney General, FTC, CFPB, and I’m pursuing legal action. I’ve also submitted a complaint to the IRS and plan to warn others through every legal and public avenue available.
If you’re considering this company, RUN. This is a textbook example of how not to do business. They’ve wasted my time, my trust, and a huge amount of money.
