I wish I could give them ZERO stars. Do not shop here their furniture is poorly made. My bed broke after only a month and a half and they refuse to fix it. These people are scammers do not shop here. Take your money elsewhere. You will thank me later

Cocofurniture Gallary is GREAT. super quality. The shipping experience left a little to be desired. The original estimated arrival date was exceeded by 15 days (15% longer than originally estimated) with no comms from the company about progress or updated arrival estimates. thanks

Just received a modular fabric sofa, the sitting feeling and comfort are very good. The packaging of the product is very strong and there is no damage. It's a nice shopping experience, wonderful job, Coco furniture.

The worst. They say the pandemic but is not true. I made a purchase in the last days of November to receive my furniture in December 19 /20 and it was incomplete, deliver guy with bad manners and the worst, he didn’t tell me it was incomplete and when I find that he told me I have to wait three weeks for the missing piece! People in the showroom(27 av and 31th street, nw) they lie to you. And you pay before you receive as a customer faith token. Who can close for good this company!

This place is the worst! I ordered a mattress and painting from the store on at 3255 NW 7th Street, Miami, FL 33135. When the mattress was delivered and unwrapped it a huge stain that look like urine. I immediately contact the salesperson Marie who I placed the order with, and she demanded several pictures. Once I sent those, she said she had to file a complaint. After several emails and phone calls I received an email telling me I need to return the mattress myself (30 miles from my home) or pay them again to deliver me another one. This is ridiculous. They delivered defective merchandise and want me to pay them again to deliver what they should have initially. I will never shop there again.

What a disappointment. I question why I went to this vender when I could have gone with any furniture store. I have waited 2 months to get my furniture, making credit card payments to avoid late fees, and the professionalism by the customer service staff is top notch calling its paying customers "honey". I still have my furniture to receive and I question now the quality I will be getting. I actually wanted to purchase more pieces from them but nope, never again. They will never see my face again.

After my experience with Shenzhen Cocofurniture Co., Ltd. a.k.a. House Kingdom Furniture Co. , Ltd. or Classic Furniture Group Limited in China I can only say: STAY AWAY!

Very bad quality and don´t really keep the word or contract.
