As with others,if you could give less than one star,that’s what this company would get.Purchased two items which took ages to arrive.When they did arrive,they were incredibly cheap & not the size described.I’ve emailed twice to arrange a return and heard nothing.This company should not be allowed to trade.

Still waiting for order, tracking says now in Belfast, from 31st Jan, ordered 3rd. Now 4th Feb. No reply from emails. This is for a cat blanket, obviously put fake reviews on with pictures of cats. Avoid ordering from this company.

I ordered several swimsuits in different sizes at the beginning of January and received confirmation with dispatch expected to be within 3 working days. Three weeks went by and I heard nothing further from the company. I sent 3 emails asking when my order would be dispatched but heard nothing. I then looked at Trustpilot and saw all the awful reviews!! Cocosummer then emailed me to say one item was out of stock and did I want a replacement or a refund? As I was intending to return any items that didn't fit I and saw how many people had problems returning items, plus the fact I didn't think my order would arrive in time for my holiday anyway, I asked the company to cancel my order and issue me with a full refund. I was fully expecting to hear nothing further from them but am pleased to say that they replied very quickly confirming my cancellation and I received a full refund a few days later.

This is the worst company to deal with so far 7 emails trying to get a refund and how to send back the items they are still arguing and offering me a discount refund and keep the good if they don't fit i dont want them but they cant seem to understand.!!!!!

Avoid. Ordered bikini for holiday in months time. No contact at all from supplier. When complained to PayPal transpires it is not a UK company as shown in marketing but in far east. Got a full refund hence the 1 star!

I ordered 2 items, and they arrived, not good quality, and far too big. They say they are happy to refund. BUT after many E-Mails to this company-still no contact. so my advice is DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER....I will be seeking legal advice regarding this matter, as I'm sure that this is an illegal procedure on their part. I HAVE NEVER HAD THIS EXPERIENCE WITH AN ON LINE PURCHASE.

Terrible customer service. Tried to cancel my order as was going to be on holiday by the time they actually processed the order. As soon as I requested to cancel, they confirmed my order and arranged to send the parcel. The parcel was left by Evri on my doorstep and marked as delivered. Evri has eventually admitted they left it in an unsafe place and it’s been lost. So all Cocosummer need to do is submit a claim to Evri which they refuse to do. They actually told me to contact the police 🤦🏻‍♀️. I have no idea why they can’t just submit the claim 🥺

I ordered some lipsticks (glittery) for Christmas but still waiting!!! I have sent numerous emails back and forth and they keep changing the shipping details and are asking me to check at my depot (which isn’t even in my town) and the delivery address is my home address. They are an absolute disgusting company with no idea on consumer rights …….just stay away & DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM !!!!

I ordered a swimsuit in my ususal size. When it arrived it was too big. I immediately contacted them. They asked to confirm the size by checking the label and measuring, which I did plus sent a photo of it with a current swimsuit on top. This clearly showed it was wider by 1.5 inches.
24 emails later they had still not given me the return address, which I repeatedly asked for and the 'ticket supervisor' never responded to my request to make a formal complaint.
They offered me 5% of the cost as compensation saying I could keep the swimsuit - why would I want to keep something that doesn't fit? Eventually they upped the offer to 70%, but still would not give me the option of returning it (as per their terms and conditions.
Worn out I accepted, but was left well out of pocket as it did not include the hefty postage charge. They failed to mention that.

Update to my review below, after emailing backwards and forwards for 3 weeks - they send one email a day - they finally offered me £175 against my £205 worth of goods with me keeping the items. They now say they have done a partial refund and to check it with my Bank, guess what? No partial refund showing in my bank at all. One email said there was an attachment as proof, there is no attachment, I asked for it again but they didn’t send it. These people are liars and crooks, please let’s stop buying from them and get them shut down. If anyone has the US address would they be kind enough to message it on a post on here, once I return the goods there, if they don’t refund then the bank will pursue it.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I understood they were from the UK. My receipt from pay pal showed an English Company however PayPal have informed me
it is a Chinese company. I have sent them 3 emails for a return of goods all emails ignored I have now lodged a complaint through Pay Pal

Placed order and they took 2 payments out my bank still no reply to emails i have sent for a refund

SO WISH I HAD READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. I ORDERED OVER £200 WORTH OF GOODS WHICH ARRIVED AFTER I HAD LEFT FOR MY HOLIDAY. I REQUESTED TO RETURN, I HAVEN'T EVEN OPENED OR TRIED ON ANY OF THE CLOTHES AND NOW THEY'RE OFFERING ME £30 WITH ME KEEPING THE GOODS! NEEDLESS TO SAY I HAVE REFUSED THIS OFFER, WHY WOULD I WANT 5 SWIMSUITS IN DIFFERENT SIZES?? PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND SHOP WITH SOMEONE MORE REPUTABLE.

Not sure what the clothes are like but I ordered some swimsuits and as they weren't arriving on time I decided to cancel after a few hours. They replied to me and got my refund in couple of days. Had a really nice lady in customer services sort it out.

Do NOT order from these they are a scam I ordered nail sets this morning luckily my bank stopped it with in seconds they tried taking 4 payments of £38 each time when my actual order was only £31 fraud team at my bank said they have high fraud against them he said they pay a company to post pictures and show there products to get people to put the bank details in then they try and take every penny out of your bank and they also use another company name so altogether tried takin 5 payments !!!!!!

Do not order from this company. They are based in China and do not offer refunds or returns even though they say they do

I was waiting for the item to be delivered to be told it had been delivered.
1) internet said item was delivered 10 days previous. I disputed this only to be sent the exact same messages back when asking where to.
2) after seeking my in my emails, one was Tom say evri had delivered the item. I had a photo of where they put it. Over my back gate.
3)no card was left to say they put it over the gate 10 days previous.
Luckily I did then retrieve( I don’t use the back very often) but no help or thanks to the company sending.
Like others had said, I did not realise it was coming from overseas or I definitely would not of ordered.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing from them. Nothing on their website indicates that returns are managed in the USA. Their website made returns sound quite easy, but they are not. I have been offered £20 refund to keep an item that is way too small. That's still a cost of £13 to me - I'll put it up for sale on ebay and perhaps recoup some of the cost!

Do not buy from this Web site they make returns impossible .Product is sent with no return details .U have to contact their customer service dept which they make very difficult. Very Disapoonting experience.
