Absolute rubbish, cheap Chinese knock offs. Completely unethical company, zero customer service, and they’re still online. I blame myself for not looking harder for reviews before I placed an order. When it comes to swimwear you can never be sure if a size will fit you, so what woman in her right mind would order anything from this company, if they knew in advance that they would have to pay return shipping to the US? No one. It’s a complete con, and they don’t care. I reported them to PayPal because I hadn’t received the goods, then I saw all the reviews, and realised I had been duped. They need to fined and closed down for good.

Absolute crap!
Ordered “comfy bra” no cups at all. Would fit totally flat chest. £16 down the drain.
Complained and was told I received what I ordered. That isn’t the issue. Not fit for purpose. Totally useless to me, no chance of returning.
Avoid at all costs. Don’t honestly know how they are still in business.

Ordered an item several weeks ago. Received an email 2 weeks ago saying it had been delivered but it hasn’t. Last known location of item 50 miles away from where I live. Delivery company insists item has been delivered. Have asked for address item delivered to and proof of delivery but am not holding out any hope of getting them or item I ordered. Will never order from them again.

I’ve posted here before. Still no refund received after many months although items have been received back. Has anyone received a refund?
Please all write to Facebook where this company are fraudulently advertised plus Trading Standards. Also it’s worth calling your credit card company to try and get a refund from them. They do not recredit postage for the return but can advise on what to do next. I do not understand after all the reviews how they can trade like this.

Words can’t describe what a rip off company this is. What ever you do don’t order from them, you have no chance of getting a full refund or returning the goods. They are liars, never come across such a despicable company, can’t understand why they haven’t been taken of the web site.

Just a word of warning to prospective purchasers - returns are accepted but you will have to pay postage to USA.
Customer service was responsive and offered a 40 % refund in lieu of return.
The quality of the products was not amazing but certainly acceptable.

Dealing with this company has been a nightmare. As previous people have said they totally ignore their legal obligations and offer small refunds for you to keep goods that are totally unsuitable. I contacted my credit card company and put the item into dispute. This forced them to send me their return instructions to USA. I have now returned the goods but my item will stay in dispute until I receive my refund in full. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I wish I had read previous reviews. I agree with every poor review here. Shoddy goods. Abysmal customer services attitude. Blatant disregard for Consumer Rights Act. Keep your money away from them! Chinese company with a trading US address and a forward only UK depot

Not a company I would ever use again. It appears to be UK based but my credit card showed Hong Kong. I have sent countless emails to arrange a return with no response at all.

This company are Hong Kong Based and are dishonest and have no company policy. They do not do returns full stop and yet they offer 'easy returns'. That is a complete lie. I ordered 3 swimsuits and only one fitted but when I went to return them CocoSummer made it impossible for me to do so, haggling over refunds until finally I gave up and we agreed on £35 to be refunded and I would keep the swimsuits even though they'll go straight to a charity shop. I wrote to them 5 days ago confirming they must now refund me and all of a sudden they've gone quiet. PLEASE DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM they are dishonest and their products are CHEAP and nasty. Probably made by little children in an unsafe terrible conditions paid an absolute pittance. I wish I had read reviews beforehand.

SCAMMED. They refused to issue a refund even after the item was returned and I followed every step of their very complicated returns process - offering me $15 to keep the product. I refused and several months later they refuse to refund. NYC Dept of Consumer affairs is looking into this client. DO NOT PURCHASE

After ordering I had second thoughts & tried to cancel but was told it had already been shipped.
I requested a refund when it arrived & was refused. They advised me to keep the garment! Disgusting attitude & appalling customer service. The garment is poor quality, it’s huge & I don’t want it!

Awful

Received sub standard quality swimwear. Nearly £100 spent and Primark would be better quality. Items to be a size 18 are a 10 if that. Awful quality and will not send a returns form to send back. Disgusted

Returns is a US company, which you pay for yourself - and has to be tracked so minimum £20. No mention of this on their returns policy, about us, contact page, privacy policy, ts&cs etc etc... Awful customer service. No response to emails. Vague on facebook.

Not worth it. Waste of money. DO NOT USE!

Terrible company. Eventually got contact to return two swimsuits and now they are refusing to return the money as they claim they have not received them. Which they have via my tracking number. Absolute shocking quality and customer service avoid at all costs!

The company are not interested in their reviews or they would have made changes.
They use bullying techniques to get you to accept their reduced offers.
I returned my item to the Return To address on the packaging but they clearly don’t want you to do that. This address is in Birmingham, uk.
I am now on my 8th/9th email nothing but hassle and harassment.
They should be taken off uk website trading as they are clearly operating from outside the uk but keeping that hidden. Complete ignorance of consumer rights

Do not buy from this company. I ordered two identical tankinis in different sizes as I was unsure which size would fit me. I contacted the company for advice as to how to return the tankini which did not fit. I was told that they would allow me to keep both tankinis if I would accept a £10.00 refund . To return one of the tankinis would cost me £26 to US. A very expensive mistake.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Ordered 2 bodysuits (size L) their reps stating suitable for larger bust 40E they barely covered nipples. The rest of the body did fit if not slightly big. Asked for refund, was offered £3 then £5, now I have to pay return to China address out of pocket or keep and take the £5 refund….AVOID this company. Wish I read reviews before buying, luckily I didn’t spend as much as most people.
