Thank you for providing this feedback. We sincerely apologize for the frustration caused by the import delays and the unexpected request for ID verification.

While we use ID verification as a security measure to protect both our customers and the company from fraudulent transactions, we understand that receiving this request so late in the fulfillment process was frustrating. We are currently reviewing our internal protocols to ensure our security standards are communicated much earlier in the purchasing journey.

Furthermore, we are truly sorry that the coffee bag promised as a goodwill gesture was missing from your shipment. We want to honor our word and make this right immediately.
