Colco Plumbing & Heating Avaliações

I rent a property, this company are often used to attend jobs needing fixed. On every occasion they have been totally reliable, communicated well, attended promptly, fixed the problem and tidied up after themselves. You're always at the mercy of trades companies, most of us have experienced at one time or other a bad experience but thankfully in this house, I feel reassured knowing any issues the property faces, its these guys that attend.
Thank you.

Thank you for dealing with my disintegrating pipe work before it became a huge issue

Arrived on time.

Excellent communication and experienced and knowledgeable advice.

Lee from Colco came to fix an issue with my gas boiler and also to fit a new hob. He was prompt, efficient and very professional. He explained the problems and what he was doing so that I understood the work being completed (much appreciated, particularly as I am a tenant not the property owner and don't always get that courtesy). I was particularly impressed as the boiler had a secondary problem (only noticeable once part of it was dismantled) but Lee was able to source a new part and get it all done within 24 hours, returning on Saturday morning to ensure it was all done. He was also very thoughtful and tidy. I was very happy with the work and with the excellent customer service. Highly recommended.

First class job, couple of minor issues sorted without fuss. Highly recommended

Outstanding Service from Colco – Highly Recommended!

I recently had the pleasure of using Colco for a boiler service and to install a hot water tap in my garden, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From start to finish, they were professional, punctual, and extremely courteous.

The engineer arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and carried out the work efficiently and to a high standard. The boiler service was thorough, and the new outdoor tap works perfectly – it’s been such a convenient upgrade!

It’s rare these days to find a company that combines quality workmanship with such excellent customer service. I’ll definitely be using Colco again in the future and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work done.

The company turned up on-time, carried out the job professionally and tidied up after them. The cost was as quoted and I will use them again without hesitation. I have already recommended them to others.

Fast effective service with good communication and prompt service. Very impressed with the tidy work.
