I used this distributor for about 1.5 year and all this time their support was terrible and unprofessional. Collab market doesn't work as almost nobody replies.

They are also very rude and completely ignore my questions and concerns.

As of January 6, 2025 i recieved just 17,51 euro of royalties, while i have 30 972 streams. 25,848 of them from spotify and 5124 from youtube. Spotify pays at least $0,003 per stream and Youtube Music pays $0,008 per stream. Youtube pays $0.00164 per stream. So, i must earn at least 83.7-115.5 euro. Even with them taking 5% of it, it's still a lot.

Previously i've been told that if for example i get june royalty statement, it's actually for april (2 months back). My last statement is December and i remember that in october i had at least 18 000-25 000 streams so still i must earn much more.

How they addressed this problem?! They just told me to look in my royalty statement and find all answers there, though there none of them. And they ignore my second email i sent to them. They always reply in 2 weeks or never.

I spent on promotion about 359 euro and got scammed big time.

The distribution is very trustworthy, its releases on time on date u set and gives your royalties and also finds people to promote your music for you like content creators who have social media to promote your music or create content videos using your music then money to pay them share them from artist royalties percentage.

I want to change this distributor, it does not release my tracks anymore and I was looking forward to drop an EP so anyone who have any better distribution company who can do better?

I tried Collabhouse for the first, the release date didn't disappoint but I'm seeing the song only on YouTube

I had hoped Collab would be a one and done dist. company I have uploaded almost 30 songs and only half have been dist. I have no idea why they have chosen to not uphold there part of the agreement, I got a few vague emails that had a list of possible reasons for a few songs but nothing for the rest of the songs, I have a catalog of almost 300 songs and if 50% is the best you can do I need to go elsewhere, what I found odd is that it's almost every other song they refused, song 1 yes song 2 no song 3 yes song 4 no etc...and they want to hold my music hostage for 2 years.

Great brand changing the game for artists and making distribution and monetisation easier in the already complex music industry!

¿Para qué sirve que te digan que si en 7 días tu lanzamiento sigue en estado "pendiente" eso quiere decir que no ha sido aprobado? ¿No sería mejor que te indicaran claramente que no lo ha sido y por qué motivo no lo ha sido?
Te indican que, el que no haya sido aprobado no significa que no pueda publicarse, solo que hay que corregir algún error. Perfecto. Eso es lo que hacen otras como Amuse, Onerpm etc...pero ¡al menos estas te dicen qué error debes corregir! Aquí solo te dan un listado general y ahora adivina tú cuál debes cambiar...en fin, no lo entiendo. Quise probar para saber si trabajaría con ellos pero me quedo donde estoy, porque me han debido rechazar una canción, (eso intuyo, porque sigue como "pendiente" tras más de 7 días) pero ni idea de lo qué debo cambiar. Gracias

Dont have a users stats and nobody answer yours cuestions, dont hava a profile Mangement, unfulfilled profile info. they are stealing yours streams!
