Products did finally arrive after a delay but as expected they are fake. Don't waste your money. Luckily my bank has processed the charge-back. Lesson learnt.

Today I have received one single LabuBu advertised as genuine pop mart goods. It’s taken a month to arrive even though it said it was dispatched from UK supplier. It is fake. Please don’t purchase from these robbing liars. I also have a box of 6 supposedly on route which if it ever turns up I will not be paying for. Absolutely disgusting

I ordered 2 labubu's , it took 4 weeks to delivered, but they're fake ones.
I sended them an email (4 in a row) for a returns form, no replies what so ever

Ik heb op 8 juli 2025 een bestelling geplaatst bij Collectory.se van twee Labubu-plushies uit de “Vinyl Face” serie. De producten bleken bij aankomst namaak:

– Geen QR-code op het label (normaal verplicht bij originele Pop Mart-plushies)
– Verkeerde kleuren en namen
– Duidelijke productiefouten zoals een binnenstebuiten handje en draaiende voetjes
– Geen UV-stempel op de voet, wat bij echte Pop Mart-producten standaard is
– Verzendadres bleek niet uit Nederland zoals beloofd, maar via China Post

Ik ben hiermee naar de officiële Pop Mart-winkel in Amsterdam gegaan. Daar werd bevestigd dat deze producten niet echt zijn.

Collectory geeft een misleidend beeld van betrouwbaarheid en levert waarschijnlijk via dropshipping uit China. Ik heb inmiddels klacht ingediend bij Klarna, Pop Mart en meld dit ook hier om anderen te waarschuwen.

Koop hier niet als je originele producten verwacht.

Bought 2x Labubus for my young daughters birthday paid extra for faster delivery, expecting it 5-7 days AS PER THEIR WEBSITE. Three and a half weeks later still no order. Daughters birthday has been and gone and I am so disappointed/angry. I fully expect I have been scammed. I had no idea about this craze never heard of them, wasn't aware of genuine or fakes, My daughter just asked for one for her bday. Annoyed I've been scammed but why would I check for scams to purchase a kids keyring?!? I will be reporting this website/business. Do not make the same mistake as me!!

Auf dieser Seite ist kein Impressum zu finden. Das ist schon merkwürdig. Da würde ich dort schon die Finger weglassen. 

De har hævet pengene på min konto for længe siden med jeg har ikke modtaget noget endnu.
Og når jeg søger på min pakkenummer er der ikke noget registreret i det nummer.
Kan vist godt skyde en hvid pil efter de 400 kr.
Kunne jeg give 0 stjerner så gjorde jeg det.

Do not use. Absolute cowboy outfit. Purchased nearly 3 weeks ago and still haven’t taken receipt of anything, and they’re no longer replying to emails regarding a refund.
Imagine essentially stealing money from a 10 year old? Absolute scumbags, I wish them all ill.

A scam, their website saying they only sell original but after weeks of waiting a fake Labubu arrived.
Customer service only replying with automatic replies.

Absolutely fuming!!! What an absolute rip off. Scam website. Took weeks to arrive despite being told the labubu was in stock when purchased. Only to be fobbed off when I contacted them. It arrived in a wafer thin cardboard box. No QR code or any of the authentication marks that a genuine labubu would have. DO NOT BUY. DO NOT BE TEMPTED EVEN BY AN ODD GOOD REVIEW. ABSOLUTE SCAM SITE AND I INTEND TO TAKE IT FURTHER. THIS COMPANY SHOULD NOT BE OPERATIONAL

Precis som många andra före mig har talat om: Akta dig för att handla av dem!
Jag borde ha förstått att de Labubus jag beställde inte var äkta eftersom de kostade så lite men jag var snål och naiv.🙈Efter en låååååång tid kom de i fejkade boxar och öppnings- och återförslutningsbara påsar. De var så fejk som de någonsin kunde vara.
Företaget har nu bytt namn till Rareory och fejkar goda betyg på Trustpilot på sin hemsida. Lita inte på dem!

website stated "in UK STOCK" leading to believe there was stock in the UK.... i waited over 3 weeks for 2 LAFUFU'S not even real... fake crap that came all the way from CHINA. No QR codes on boxes... box colours faded as well as the wrapping inside. Boxes bashed and half opened.... couldn't really give it as a gift if you wanted to. AVOID THIS COMPANY

Selling fake items, advertise as authentic. Bad customer service. Don't use. Bad people, liers

It’s hard running an online business and keeping up with this Labubu Doll craze.
I didn’t know anything about them until my grandkids wanted one. I looked everywhere for them and to no avail either sold out or asking an outrageous price!!
I found this website, and ordered and received a tracking number. The tracking number does work on the international package tracker. This is snail mail and will take over a month to be delivered.
Now it’s not authentic by any means, you know that saying you get what you pay for.
My Grandkids don’t care they are happy to have one, that all that matters to me.
To me I don’t understand the craze for this toy keychain.
Guess it’s all about how well you can market the item.

Dont buy here!! After I got confirmed by email that produkt is original Labubu, they sent me worst fake I have ever seen! That was a lot of money which I will try to get back.
