Beställde två stycken för 4 veckor sedan. Helt tyst och nu ligger sidan nere. Jag har hävt mitt köp på Klarna.

Nothings arrived, tracking number is fake, and now the website has vanished

De har lovet at refunderer det fulde beløb efter jeg så anmeldelserne her, henvendte jeg mig straks ca 5min efterfølgende de sagde den ikke kunne stoppes af det fremgik af deres betingelser. Så fortalte jeg dem det er vildledende markedsføring at skrive varen er i Danmark hvorefter jeg kan se det bliver sendt fra Kina. Det er ikke lovligt. Det heller ikke lovligt at sælge kopi varer hvis man lader som om varen er oprigtig.

De har lovet at jeg kan sende det hele tilbage og få fuldt beløb retur. Men lad os nu se. Jeg troede egentlig siden var legit eftersom Klarna er en betalingsmulighed men det skal man så ikke regne med.

Jag gjorde tyvärr en beställning i förrgår.. sonen ville så gärna ha en labubu. Inser nu att jag blivit lurad. Gjorde beställning med klarna. De skickade ett mail att jag skulle bekräfta att det är rätt leveransadress. Jag svarade på mailet, men skrev att jag gärna avbryter beställningen innan den skickas för jag beställt fel produkt.. inget svar. Idag fick jag ett mail att ordern är på väg från rareory.com..
400 spänn i sjön känner jag. Nu fick jag mail om att allt ligger nere och att de inte kan läsa inkommande mail osv… kan man inte avbryta detta hos Klarna eller anmäla? Hur gör man?

Seemed genuine at first however as time went on and not receiving Labubu within 3-5 days eventually arrived 18 days later from china , emails insisted demand was high that’s why the delay, now cannot contact them as emails bounce back and website non existent stay away from Collectory at all costs now considering trading standards

After reading the reviews, I did think the money I spent would be lost, however a few weeks after ordering, the package came today. Got a pink labubu and not sure if real (I have a grey lafufu but its different). It does have a small mark on the face. Also didnt get up to date tracking info but it did say when it was shipped through the shop app. I also had a bag of brown stuff which is wither sand or brown sugar?

Exactly the same as everyone else has reported and lessons learnt to always read reviews but when you are desperate to buy your kids something they have saved their pocket money for you act on impulse….i can’t say anymore than other people have reported but who ever is behind this has trained their staff well, they reply back with almost the perfect customer service response but it’s so obviously a scam. My credit card company has now opened a case on my behalf so hopefully get my money back, hardest part is disappointing your child…..companies like Popmart have a part to play in all this, they are deliberately short supplying the market to prolong the hype, making it easy for companies like collectory to find a potential to scam opportunity, I hope it’s the authorities who have closed down their website.

Absolutely gutted, the website has now vanished for me, I had already been scammed out of £58 for a labubu and now this company scammed me £35. I only want 1 real one. I work so hard now I can't afford one, just so upset9

Lange Lieferzeit und Fake-Ware aus China, keine Originale - Lafufus statt Labubus! Man wird auf deren Website in die Irre geführt durch werben mit originalen Labubus. Bloß die Finger davon lassen.

As people have already said i would give a no star if possible. I ordered 2 labubas on the deal on website with 3-5 days delivery but ended up being almost 20 days and when they get here they are a really bad fake and even more worrying there was a bag of a brown substance in the main box (I think its sand ) but where the hell its from is anyone's guess found my 10 year old holding it. Email them and as others have said no reply. Do not buy from these people

Wenn es 0 Sterne geben würde, würde ich diese wählen. Ich habe mehrere "echte" Labubus bestellt, es kam eines davon an und war offensichtlich fake. Kein QR Code, keine Seriennummer, Abbildung der Labubus anders als beim Original sowie der Deckel zum Öffnen. Die Webseite wurde gelöscht, der Kundenservice schreibt nicht zurück. Eine Frechheit!

SCAM do not buy from this site. No delivery of Labubus I’m so frustrated with myself it will teach me to do my research first. No order received. All emails are being bounced back. Tracking number does not work

FAKE!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS WEBSITE. Received the lababu doll today in the post and wow, I have some genuine labubu dolls to compare these to. The labubu dolls from this website are so FAKE and they are selling them as genuine, false advertising DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS WEBSITE

Would be zero if possible. Do not order, no dispatch information given, email is not working. This is fraud. I am reporting to citizens advice who escalate to trading standards. Please also report if you have had problems.

Please note you can likely claim back money via credit card company, keep all correspondence if wanting to do so.

Update: Mastercard refunded my £35 via charge back. Little effort to do, would recommend.

Gave these scammers about $250 for 6 Labubu, which, according to their site, were ‘authentic’ and would arrive within 5-7 business days. Many weeks and many emails later, I received 2 Lafufu,but only after threatening to contact the BBB and authorities. Do not give a penny to these criminals and if you have, contact your cc company, the BBB and authorities- let’s shut them down!

Utger sig för att leverera från Sverige och att det är äkta labubus! Istället fick man falska.

Snälla beställ inte härifrån. Kundtjänst var för min del bra och övertygande men många tecken tyder på att man blir lurad. Spårningslänken stämmer inte och nu är även deras hemsida borttagen. Pengar i sjön. Om man ska beställa äkta köp inte här.

Ordered a couple weeks ago, got given a fake tracking number and now the website is down. Should’ve known it was a scam I feel kinda stupid :(

‼️DO NOT BUY‼️Would rate 0 if I could. Ordered 3 labubu, they took a month to arrive and despite claiming 100% authenticity upon arrival you don’t even need to open them to know they are fake. I ordered 3 and the boxes aren’t even all the same!! Absolutely appalling i have emailed but no response as of yet.
