Absolutely dreadful. Ordered a Labubu “in stock to be delivered 1-2 days” the full site says how they are genuine. That was 26th June finally arrived 17th July COMPLETELY FAKE they have now stopped responding to emails. Disgusting

SCAM! Utlovar äkta Labubu från svenskt lager med snabb leverans. Efter lång väntan kommer så småningom ett paket från China med falsk Labubu. Falsk marknadsföring, lurar uppenbart sina kunder och svarar inte på mail.

Upplägget ser ut som en grundkurs i TikToK-dropship.

Ljuger om att de har ett svenskt lager och äkta produkter. Produkterna skickas från Kina. Jag fick vänta över tre veckor från beställning till leverans. Det jag fick var Lafufu's. Inte de fulaste jag har sett men heller inte vad jag ville ha eller vad Collectory utlovade.
Produkten är inte värd priset eller väntetiden.

I feel like an idiot but got sucked in by the labubu offer! No Labubus days after they should have arrived, just emails saying I ordered in the middle of a restock so there is a delay. I have contacted my credit card company and the transaction is being disputed.

Zum Zeitpunkt meiner Bestellung war die Seite nichtmal im Ansatz gefüllt mit 'Informationen' wie möglicher Versand aus dem Ausland. Habe auf Anfrage eine nette Mail, haufenweise Versprechungen und dann auch eine Trackingnummer bekommen. Knapp 30 Tage später war mein Paket dann da. Gut verpackt, leider nichtmal ein guter Fake. War sofort an der Box erkennbar, kein Scancode, falsche Farbe usw. Die Tüte in einer von zwei Boxen war schon aufgerissen. Die Lafufus sind von mittelmäßiger Qualität, man wird von vorne bis hinten verarscht. Echt, was da für ein Aufwand betrieben wird ist fast schon beeindruckend. Ich hoffe die Seite wird bald gesperrt, bloß nicht bestellen! Ich warte auf Antwort auf meine Bitte mir mein Geld zurück zu erstatten aber ich schätze da werde ich lange warten. Sollte sich was ändern, werde ich die Bewertung updaten. UPDATE: Hatte ein Chargeback Verfahren wegen Betrugs eingeleietet und das Geld wurde heute zurückgebucht! Nicht aufgeben!

SCAM! We ordered a labubu a month ago haven't recieved a confirmation email or email saying it has been sent , can’t contact the website as they have blanked out the email address and no way on contacting them and now have a very upset child who will not be receiving their birthday present. Disgusting

Es ist ein Fake Labubu , denn der Code fehlt. Ich habe es mit einem Original Labubu verglichen. Es ist auch viel kleiner als das Orginal. Auch sonst ist es qualitativ nicht dem Original gerechtfertigt.
Klarna ist informiert deswegen.
Collectory besteht weiterhin darauf das es Orginale sind 😏 die Bitte diese retour zu senden zu können, ignorieren die einfach ..
..ich werde nicht aufgeben, denen das Handwerk zu legen .. ich habe Gott sei Dank vom auspacken ein komplettes Video gemacht. Werde eine Anzeige wegen Betrug machen. Nur ist das wegen dem fehlenden Impressum nicht so einfach. 🥴
Man kann die Fake Teile nicht mal retour schicken da keine Adresse angegeben ist. Auch ist die Homepage nicht mehr verfügbar.

After a 3 week delay, a box finally arrived a couple of days ago. There was a figure in the box but NOT a genuine Labubu. So no surprise there then. Very disappointed indeed.

Efter 4 veckor kom leveransen.
3 stycken - alla fake.
Sämsta nånsin trasiga fötter, olika långa ben. Jättekonstig huvudform ingen qrkod osv. Värsta jag sett, besviken dotter här hemma. Skrattade ihjäl mig så fruktansvärt fula.

Order not received, website no longer exists. Company not responding to emails.

Only because zero stars is not an option. My daughter ordered a full box of 6 at the beginning of June, was sent a tracking number which didn’t work. She contacted collectors who said not to worry they were on the way. Waited another 2 weeks and was told the same thing, still no working tracking number. She contacted them again, and was fobbed off. It’s now been 7 weeks since the order was placed. No package and no further communication. Collectory have had the cheek to increase the price on the website since she originally placed the order! Please do not waste your money. Definitely a scam!

It’s plain and simple .. a scam!! Going into my second week now of waiting for a labubu to arrive and they send the same patronising email back every time, my bank has reimbursed my money and I’ve blocked their emails now… I’ve ordered instead a fake labubu from SHEIN and I must say for £6 it’s brilliant and robust!

Items have actually arrived but of course they are fake. Now to start to process of trying to get a refund.
