I've reported that to my bank, hoping to get my money back.
Ordered on the 9th June
Ordered on the 9th June. It stated it was dispatched on the 14th June. Spoke in the chat to see how long it was going to take to be delivered and got told it would take 2-8 working days. It is now the 27th June and I still have not received my order. At this point I just want a refund but can’t get through to anyone to get this sorted. Do not waste your time. This was meant to be a birthday present. The communication has been very unhelpful and good luck trying to get anyone to respond.

I haven’t received my ring

The order has taken much longer than the estimated delivery time stated on the website. I contacted customer support, but they were unable to locate my order. I also tried reaching out through the other email address provided on the website, but all my messages keep bouncing back.
To date, I still haven't received any updates regarding my order or its status. The lack of communication and support has been extremely disappointing. Based on my experience, I would definitely not recommend buying from this company.

Very poor customer service- been waiting 3 weeks for a reply as to how to return for refund, numerous emails unanswered and the only phone number is a mobile that does not connect or goes unanswered- very disappointing and frustrating as want my money back but getting nowhere with Colmi as they are totally ignoring me

Don’t waste your money.
Don’t bother wasting your money and time. I ordered a colmi ring from the official website on March 28th I received my ring at the beginning of May. I was messaging the chat quite often and would rarely get a response. I wanted to exchange the ring because it was too big. However since it’s taking so long I decided to ask for a refund (which I’m still chasing the chat for). The customer service is so poor. They won’t even offer compensation for the inconvenience caused. It clearly stated at the time on their website it takes more or less a week to receive your order mine took over a month without communication.
The app is good but.....
The app is good and comprehensive. I'm not sure how accurate it is.
Thus, like, other rings/apps is not thst accuratefor sleep. Either doesn't recognise notc all oeople wotk 9-5 , sleep 2300 to 0800 or doesn't recognise that people get up in the middle of tge night, to go to the loo 🤷♂️.
Lying and deceitful company
I ordered a smart ring for my husband, was a bit small. On the website it says free exchange, so I contacted the company and they agreed to a exchange. Sent me a label to return the ring, however this label was invalid, didn't even look like a real label, said Latvia post, contacted the company numerous times, kept being told it was a real label go to the post office and try. I wasn't surprised when royal mail didn't except it. By this time I had had enough and opened a dispute with the bank. I then received a message asking me again if I had had any like posting, I said no, it's not a real label, after a little google i managed to work out what they were doing wrong and finally a real/correct label was sent to me and the ring was returned.
They kept asked me to drop the dispute with the bank and they would refund me directly but by this time I didn't feel comfortable with the company.
And im so glad I didn't because they are now trying to dispute the credit back with my bank. I wasn't going to write a review initially as I felt it probably was a genuine mistake sending me the wrong label but now I can see they really aren't a company you can trust, lying and deceitful, so avoid.
