COLOMA / COLOMASTORE – RESPONSE AND LATEST UPDATE

We stand by our review and can provide Trustpilot with supporting documentation.

We paid substantial amounts to Coloma for F1 tickets. The agreed tickets were not delivered. Coloma subsequently issued credit notes relating to amounts to be refunded, but the refunds covered by those credit notes have still not been received.

We have provided, or can provide, supporting evidence including invoices, payment confirmations, credit notes and relevant correspondence.

We are also aware of other customers publicly reporting disputes concerning refunds. However, this review is based primarily on our own documented experience.

Regarding the positive reviews, we have concerns about the authenticity or possible conflicts of interest of some reviews. We leave it to Trustpilot to investigate whether all reviews comply with its guidelines.

If Coloma disputes our account, we invite the company to explain one simple point:

Why have the amounts covered by the issued credit notes still not been refunded?

Latest update: refund still not received.

We will not continue a public argument. Any further information and supporting evidence can be provided directly to Trustpilot and the relevant authorities.

Coloma why you dont pay refund to all clients who waiting for it all social media is full with claims etc

Thank you for your response.

We strongly dispute your statement.

In our case, substantial payments were made to COLOMA S.R.L., including an initial order that was paid in full and additional payments for subsequent orders. These payments were received by your company. Despite this, the Formula 1 tickets we purchased were never delivered also first order with 100% full payment!

The 25% contractual penalty was already addressed in your own invoices and communications. (all evidence available) This does not change the fact that the tickets we paid for were not supplied, nothing and you move away...

Since publishing our review, We have been contacted by other individuals claiming to have experienced similar problems with COLOMA S.R.L. (Coloma.it, ColomaStore.com)
We now verify every case, but I encourage anyone with a similar experience to come forward.

We have reported our own case to the relevant authorities also police etc and have retained invoices, payment confirmations, contracts, and correspondence as evidence. We prepared to present this evidence through the appropriate legal channels.

We stand by our review because it reflects our personal experience as a customer. If COLOMA S.R.L. ( Coloma.it, ColomaStore.com) believes any part of review is inaccurate, I invite the company to address the specific facts and evidence rather than making general denials.
