My new bond needed correction...
I purchased a surety bond for Notary Public, and noticed that the county given on the bond was incorrect. I called for help and was told to send an email. I called again and this time spoke with Nour Qasem, who offered to correct it and send an updated bond document. It arrived minutes later! Excellent service, thank you.

Our Erisa Bond expired 4 months ago…
We had a problem with our Erisa bond expiring. I submitted a previous review with one star but Colonial has made it right and gotten everything corrected. I received a call from a manager and he gave me his personal cell # to call in the future if we have problems. Kudos to Colonial for reaching out and getting the problem corrected.
