The auto/renew reminder was nice to…
The auto/renew reminder was nice to receive. However, due to a credit card issue payment was not able to be processed; it would have been nice to receive a call to ensure renewal occurred prior to expiring. I have now efforted to renew but still have an unresolved issue regarding the obligee listed on the new bond.
