We ordered our hot tub at the end of October 2020. We had an estimate of jan/Feb 2021.
As promised, our tub arrived in February 2021.
Combined shipping could not have been more helpful. Communication/correspondence was excellent. The two gentlemen who delivered it, stuck rigidly to social distancing and were very helpful and polite. I have recommended this company to friends and have news of their orders awaiting production and delivery estimate.

I would not recommend Combined Shipping to anyone. They lied to me on several occasions about the status of my hot tub when I chased them about delivery. I was told it was on the way, then told it was still in production (bit of a difference) they didn't have any clue as to when it was due to leave China blamed Covid, Brexit and container prices. I have cancelled my order and gone with a far more reliable company. Certain members of staff are rude and obnoxious no customer service skills what so ever. Avoid this company at all costs.

I think dealing with Combined Shipping has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a company. From the very onset of my inquiry about buying a hot tub, I asked how it would get into my back garden. I was assured the price would be £350 even after a delivery man who was dropping off the materials to make the platform for the hot tub told me he thought it would be a lot more. So, months later, when I got word about the delivery date, I again asked about getting the hot tub into my garden. I was told to call a company who had no knowledge of me or the request. When I pushed, the company asked me if it could be delivered from three streets away. It was not very reassuring to say the least. During an email exchange with Combined Shipping, I was told that it was cancelling my order because I was rude. I then contacted Which Legal, thank God for Which Legal, and a lawyer told me he thought I had a good case though Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Card Act to get the cost of the platform back. I contacted my credit card company and a woman there started the process. She said Combined Shipping stopped corresponding with her when she mentioned Section 75. Well, I won the case. Not only am I getting the £1000 for the cost of building the platform and the materials back, I was also awarded £1000 to take the platform out and return the area to its previous condition. It was a little time consuming but so worth it. I would not ever deal with Combined Shipping again or recommend it to my worst enemy. Be warned.

Great service and the best prices we could find for our Lisboa hot tub. Ordered on a Monday and because it was in stock they could deliver on the Thursday! Delivery guys very helpful and got it in position in no time, love our hot tub, can't fault combined shipping.

Honestly can’t fault combined shipping at all, excellent service from the beginning. We ordered our amethyst 2 lounger (5seats) hot tub and within a week it was being delivered to us. Delivery guys were so lovely too, give us some helps tips as we didn’t pay for it to be installed due to it needing to be craned over. However, we did order the platinum package which came with the vallet lifter, we received the cover ex instead but CS was great when I phoned them and said we could have the money back for the difference in price. I actually asked for two more filters as spares and this was sent out to us the same week. Our hot tub is amazing, no looking back after having a lazy-spa.

Our hot tub arrived a little later in the day than expected but the delivery and set up ran smoothly. The two men who delivered the tub were very polite and had a great sense of humour!

Combined shipping delivered to us a beautiful Orion 8 hot tub. The delivery guys very excellent and the installation guys also very professional. On inspection one of the led lights In the tub wasn’t working. This was called through to the office staff by the installation man and we was told that a service engineer would be out ASAP to correct the fault. Unfortunately after 3 weeks later of not hearing from combined shipping I called to be told that they had no notes on this fault/problem. They did agree to put a light in the post for us but refused to send out an engineer. Left to us to take off the fitted cover arms. The fitted side panel and then try to rectify the fault. This I find unacceptable.

From purchase to delivery and aftercare, we have had nothing but excellent service from combined shipping. Hot tub has been excellent, and price was a lot cheaper than other suppliers. Happy customer

I bought the hot tub on finance. This was easy to arrange online. Everything seemed to work well. I spoke with many staff members as the HT was delayed due to CV19. Only one did I find a bit, tired of answering another question about this or that. They were never rude, dismissive or inpatient. I cant fault the after sales service. They moved my delivery date three times over three months. But I was kept informed all the time and knew what was happening. Delivery team were quick to set up. They tested everything and left. The HT did not get hot. 24 hours later I called to ask if this was right they were really good and tried to resolve the matter. The next step was to contact a local agent to pop out and resolve the issue. I am technical so it was an easy fix. I opened up the case panel, opened the control unit and found that the heating coil lug had dislodged during transit. I popped it back in and its been at a set temperature for the last 4 months. Combined shipping sent over a bottle of something for the HT as a thank you. I would buy my next one from Combined Shipping.

I can't rate this company highly enough. From placing my order to taking delivery, communication was first class, having to wait a few months for delivery during lockdown, we were informed at every stage. The delivery guys were absolutely fantastic, even entertaining (!) and the Sunset Spa is absolutely perfect with easy to use controls. Thank you Combined Shipping.

I was extremely pleased with combined shipping from start to finish, the communication was excellent & you knew exactly what was happening & when. The delivery boys & engineer were very helpful & nothing was too much trouble. I have really enjoyed my spa since it arrived, so relaxing. I did not hesitate in in recommending this company to my friends. A very pleased customer.

Great service, from order to delivery. The guys who delivered the tub couldn’t have been more helpful and had been on the road for a long time before arriving with us on the West Coast of Scotland. Really happy with our Tiny Tub and used it nearly every day since delivery in January. Great purchase from a great customer focused company. Highly recommend.

After a lot of research, we chose Combined Shipping to buy our spa. The prices are very competitive and the product quality is excellent, but what marked this company is the customer service. The team are very responsive and helpful, and keep the customer informed through the process. Definitely would recommend. We purchased the Ultimate 7 which is massive (fully 8' square), with 3 full size recliners and 170+ powerful jets. It has really nice light, good quality bluetooth and a simple but powerful WiFi control system.

Probably the best investment we have ever made apart from a house purchase. The Tiny hot tub is really excellent. I had one 4 years ago and when we moved bought another and use it on an almost daily basis. The Combined Shipping staff are helpful and knowledgeable and although you may have a long wait before it arrives it really is worth it. This hot tub is relatively inexpensive to buy and to run, also it heats up fairly quickly. The sound system on it is great too. If I were to design it I would have the control panel so it faces the user rather than an external operator but this is minor. Overall very very satisfied.

Great service at a great price. Had to wait a bit but that was down to Brexit and the pandemic. Well worth the wait. Highly recommend these guys.
