In an era where we are bombarded by businesses asking for reviews, I don’t normally find time to write them unless the service I have received is either exceptionally good or bad! Over the lockdown period, most of the customer service I experienced has been pretty damn awful. Thankfully, Combined Shipping fall into the exceptionally good category, and it is probably the best customer service I have ever experienced. If I could give them seven stars, this is exactly what I would do.

Right from the outset, the Combined Shipping team (especially Hannah) have answered every single one of my countless questions patiently and professionally. My random questions have ranged from finance to access and of course hot tubs themselves. Nothing was ever too much trouble, including Combined Shipping looking at photos and videos in order to resolve access issues even before I had committed to a hot tub.

Ultimately, the hot tub had to be craned in and the crane lift company came recommended by Combined Shipping; and truth-be-told I didn’t think it would be possible to crane lift in a hot tub, because of the very many telephone wires in front of the property. But, on the day I was reassured it would go ahead and Combined Shipping liaised with their crane partner and put me at ease and managed to get it in by lifting it over three other properties and even manoeuvring it in-between wires over three properties.

We opted for the gold package and install, and I would highly recommend this, since maintaining a hot tub was all new to me. Neil, Dan and Woody were great on the day.

The hot tub is pretty much silent and only generates a humming noise when it heats itself or is in use. We have it sitting on reinforced decking, and I really wasn’t sure if this might generate some vibration, but this isn’t the case. Thankfully Hannah reassured me that a (unsightly) hot tub mat wouldn’t be necessary and I saved a few pennies here, and of course this is only one example of her priceless advice.

I recommend Combined Shipping for anyone considering buying a hot tub, and as a word of advice I also recommend trusting them all the way, since you are in the very best of hands.

Really pleased with all aspects of this company. Ordered online then receive a phone call telling the colour combination I wanted was going to have a longer lead time, therefore giving me a chance to change option to get it sooner. It was great fun (I became a bit obsessed) tracking the container ship my tub was on. Quick reply to emails and phone calls. The two guys who delivered my tub rang about an hour before arrival but had to leave a voice mail but then contacted me half an hour later to check I knew they would be with me soon. They weren't phased by anything and very knowledgeable giving lots of tips about set-up etc.We now have an amazing Amethyst hot tub. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants a quality hot tub at a great price. You may have to wait quite a few months for your hot tub but it's definately worth the wait.

Excellent experience. Purchased a "tiny" hot tub. Talked thru all the way. If something I needed answering Rebecca was always available promptly. Even if I was asking stupid questions she was exemplary. The build and quality is what you would expect. I'm very pleased.

We had our Amethyst hot tub delivered today and couldn’t be more pleased. The hot tub is everything and more we were hoping for and the customer service second to none. I would like to say a special thank you to the 2 delivery guys - Dan and Neil, who were amazing. I can honestly say I have never encountered 2 more helpful and polite delivery people who made sure that our hot tub was delivered and sited exactly how we wanted. Expect at least 4 more hot tub orders very soon from friends of mine who have been waiting to see how we got on! Absolutely 10 out of 10, I couldn’t recommend you highly enough!

From ordering to delivery I cannot fault Combined shipping. As was explained on ordering I had to wait a while for my tub but I was kept updated on my purchase ( even tracking the container ship of its whereabouts). Once the tub arrived in the UK delivery notification was sent to me. Delivery couldn't have been smoother with the 2 guys that came. They were extremely professional in everything they did with contact made 1 hour before arrival ,then on arrival the tub being removed from the vehicle and positioned where I required it ( which was slightly awkward ) but the guys got on with it. I couldn't be more happy with my purchase ( tub is fantastic)The Amethyst, and the service provided was fantastic as well

We had a great experience using Combined Shipping, they kept us updated with delivery dates and any changes to this. Delivery of our hot tub was great, the guys, Mark and Aaron, were brilliant. Mark in particular was very knowledgeable and helped with lots of info. We paid for the set up, which we feel was definitely money worth spending. The hot tub has been amazing and we are getting a lot of use from it!

Ordered a Harmony hot tub in January. Small deposit and the balance due a day before delivery. My favourite part of the process was watching the container ship tracking from thousands of miles away (and right in the middle of the Suez stuck container ship drama 😂).
I was so anxious as we have a small garden and I had trawled the internet to find a tub which was less than 83cm which was the smallest gap they had to get it through. The Harmony tub is 78cm so yes 🙌 found one. Day before delivery paid the balance which was swiftly acknowledged- then had a panic that they would take it away if they couldn’t get it through the gap.
A lot of ooh and ah and breathing in. And in it went. It’s in. It’s gorgeous. It fits perfectly in our small space and I couldn’t love it more.
Delivery guys are EXCEPTIONAL and I don’t say that lightly.
The product, customer service, price, product - everything about this company and the product is gold standard. Thank you.

We ordered our Amethyst hottub via Combined Shipping in Jan, we advised the wait of roughly 12 weeks for these tubs well in advance, we chose our preferred colour and add on chemical pack and paid the small deposit.
During our wait we called or emailed Combined with various questions such as plug length, positioning advice and each time we receive a fast, helpful straifht forward answer.
Our tub arrived exactly when it was due, delivery was fast and swift.
We absolutely love our tub and cannot fault Combined Shipping in anyway at all!! Fantastic hottubs at very good prices. 100% top class company!!!

Right from the word go Combined Shipping were great. Explained immediately that delivery schedule’s were approximately 10-12 weeks, the power requirements and the access needed for delivery. They contacted us as soon as the container left China and provided tracking details for the ship it was on. Thanks to the Evergiven attempting a U turn in the Suez and failing in dramatic fashion, arrival was delayed by a week or more. About a week before the ship arrived into Felixstowe, Combined Shipping contacted us to arrange a delivery date and to check everything was ready, thanks to Rebecca for sorting this around my shifts. The delivery day went extremely smoothly with the spa connected and filled, cover attached, chemicals added and levels checked. Everything was explained to me and then it was just a wait for the water to heat up. If you’re considering buying a spa, I would definitely recommend Combined Shipping, service and spa are great but be patient, as you’re not going to get it tomorrow.

Very easy to deal with.
Ordered the rose hot tub at an unbelievable price. It did get delayed a few weeks due to COVID but you can’t blame them for that .
They told me when it was arriving and it did.
On delivery there was a problem with a hedge being in the way and it was no problem for them to sort it out and get the tub into position.
I’ve had it 3 months now and I can honestly say the quality is very good .
I also rang up for some advice recently and got hold of someone straight away and they sorted it out.
Anyone who wants to get a great hot tub for a really low price but has the patience to wait a bit this is the company for you.
