I knew that it was a clothing company from overseas so I expected to wait for my order to take a couple weeks. And it did, but even so it arrived pretty quick considering. The clothing is cute, trendy, classy and up to date as well. It's made for a slimmer person which is a given being from Hong Kong. But still I'm able to find unique one of a kind items that I wear and am given compliments about all the time. Well made, lux fabrics for majority. I'd have to say so far 5% of my items I order were not as it looked. But the 95% were amazing. I just have to try and figure out the style, cut and sizing to get better at how I select my pieces. Yes it's a bummer when it doesn't fit and you really like the clothes. But they have a generous return refund policy that still convinces me to be a loyal long time customer. And this is a real review.

Very good costumer service. the order did take 3+ weeks to arrive but most items were of good quality and the return/exchange system is quick and efficient.

These are absolutely fake reviews because there's no way in hell Commense has any happy customers. My order took 3 months to arrive and when it did arrive, they weren't even the items I ordered, and all horrible Shein quality... way too good to be true, PLEASE save your money and go elsewhere. This is a SCAM and a waste of time.

Creative styles of clothing and EXCELLENT customer service. I accidentally added the same shirt to my cart twice, and the team reached out to double check. Then they adjusted my order, at no cost, and processed the refund. I am looking for different tips I can interchange with my pants and this was the perfect site for it.

The dress I ordered was higher quality than I expected and loved it!! I decided to return it though for sizing reasons, and their customer service was helpful and offered to return or store credit. I chose store credit and can’t wait to buy my next item. I will most definitely shop with Commense again.

High quality clothes and customer service. I wanted to return two items that didn't fit me well and they offered me store credit for the same amount and to keep the original sizes I had purchased to be more environmentally conscious.

This isn’t the companies fault more of the shipping issue. I ordered my clothes in September and it’s been in the same location for awhile. I decided to ask for a refund. They gave me the full refund with no hassle.

Good quality clothing with reasonable prices. Make sure you read descriptions and look through pictures to ensure size and materials.
I ordered a few winter items and they were thick and warm- exactly what I needed.

Amazing customer service I have a problem with the size I would definitely go one size up. I asked them to help me with the return and they let me keep the items and gave a credit store which I think is amazing! quality and designs are really good.

They definitely live up to their standards. I was not satisfied with a couple of products and asked for a store credit and return. Instead, they told me they take environmental sustainability very seriously and told me to keep my items. In addition, gave me an additional store credit for the items I bought. This is what I call excellent service.

They have beautiful dresses! I order 2 beautiful dresses but sadly one of them don't fit me because I'm so short! I'm 5'1 and the dresses were a little to long for me. The other dress if a little tight around my waist, I'll size up next time. I'm usually a xs and I think a size s will fit me best in most of there dresses.

I love the summer dresses I ordered and excellent customer service with my request for a refund. Store credit is acceptable because I will definitely shop more at the store.
