I have given a one star simply because there is not a zero rating or less. I took out insurance with this outfit and then found cheaper. I cancelled 7 days before my policy was due to start. It is now 5 weeks later and I have not had my money returned. An utter disgrace and I am now about to issue court proceedings against them.
