i really had great service from compass i would order again from them

Very good and honest service & no problem with return.

Very easy to order in the comfort of my home, took a lot longer to get the order together when i attended very frustrating

like it were Ok but not smooth innit. ben dull and shiny somewhere

Compass Plumbing have a good range of boilers and radiators at excellent prices. They have good customer service in my experience. However, I specified on the order forma separate delivery and billing address, as well as the wish for the delivery not to occur on a certain day. Neither piece of information reached Compass Plumbing, and I had to correct them later on through a phone call.

Speedy delivery and excellent communication.

After placing my order I was informed a couple of days before delivery that my requested radiators were unavailable on the specified date, initially this caused a great concerned as I had booked builders to install them and renovate my flat.

However after explaining this to Compass they went out of their way to assist and provided me with a more expensive model of radiator for the same price and delivered on time, Great customer service and polite and courteous staff.

Never had an issue, always easy to talk to on the phone and discuss issues and ideas. Good choice of stock at reasonable prices.

The web site was well laid out and ordering easy. Delivery quick and as promised.

Fast delivery. Good price.

Compass has supplied us with our new radiators. They were good designs at a fair price. We have already recommended compass to other people.

When the package was dispatched an item was missing from the order a single email and the missing item was on it's way, with an apologetic email reply.

The service provided was excellent - from ordering to delivery.

Will have no hesitation in using them again.
