Great site to buy from

Everything went smooth except for 1 extra days delay as I didn't realise I needed to order before 3 pm for "next day" delivery.

I have been a customer of Compass for the past 8 years. Have bought my central heating boiler and many radiators. Very satisfied. Unfortunately, one radiator developed a leak after 5 years. I called them on the phone. Ordered a new one of the same size. Returned the old one after installing the new one. Got a full refund because of a 10 year warranty. I was delighted. I will purchase all my plumbing equipment from Compass.

Although I have used Compass plumbing in the past and been satisfied, now they have gone online I will definitely be using them more.
Ordering was easy, delivery was prompt and the delivery driver was brilliant for helping me lift the heavy items.
100% satisfied.

Nothing to complain about, top notch service. Bought a Vaillant Ecotech Pro 28 boiler pack. Got to choose up to 7 radiators AND it came with 60 metres of 15mm copper pipe and 30 metres of 22mm copper pipe, plus valves and timer - all this for a great price. Id recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a a new central heating system.

On top of the great price was the excellent customer service. They were professional and accomodating. I was also kept up to date in regards to my order status. I was given a specific date and time for when they were going to deliver, along with a 30 minute window of when the delivery was actually going to happen... they DID deliver within that window.

I am in the process of getting this system fitted, the boiler is yet to be installed. But, i have no doubt if there is a problem Compass-Plumbing, will be more then glad to help.

Good website easy to navigate friendly helpful staff very competitive price

Ordered a column radiator for the new kitchen - not being a plumber i didn't know my "a**se from my elbow" but the website is simple to use and work out what rad you need for warmth and economy. Then we had an issue delivering the right radiator in time for when I would be at home - guy called Mark searched high and low to find a depot that had it and all was well and the delivery side did their job well too. Prices are much better than Screwfix or usual DIY chains.

Only negative comment would be that I ordered only one valve (thermostatic) so would have been handy if the website or someone reminded me (the novice!!) that you need 2 valves and also 3 matching feet for a column rad. Fortunately I have a very good builder :-)
other than that all good.

as a business we allow our staff to collect goods from suppliers. We don't have an account with Compass and we were not allowed to pay for the goods over the telephone or via BACS and then collect in store..

I know you have rules but it meant our director had to visit the store and pay for it then let the operative pick it up separately. all a bit hand fisted.

The radiator wasgood value for money, arrived promptly without blemish and exactly what I wanted. Can't fault the service - very many thanks.

Very competitive price attracted me to click to order, I am sure others would do the same thing. Glad I found this site.

I have known Compass Plumbing for over thirty years, this company has expanded rapidly, however the levels of service have remained very high, with knowledgeable staff and excellent prices and stock levels. I would recommend Compass highly.
