Emma and Sean were excellent!
I had a lot of questions before and after the report was delivered, and got all the answers I needed in a very short period of time!
The fact that they accepted card payment was also a strong reason why I went for them. The other surveyor I had quoted for was slightly more expensive I must say and only accepted bank transfer. At the point, I really needed to use the card for this transaction.
I am very happy with my decision and will definitely be using them if I ever need another survey done for future properties:-)
PS: the report was handed over a month ago, but I had a few questions following the searches done by my solicitor last week, therefore the most recent date of experience

My partner and I were buying a house and booked a level 3 survey with Complete Home Surveys Ltd as they were charging a very good price compared to other firms.

The survey was carried out by Sean. Just a couple of days after the survey was carried out we received the report by email. It was very in-depth and covered all aspects of the house and it’s structure, along with recommendations for work that needed doing to it.

Because of this we were easily able to identify what work needed doing as a priority.

The process was simple, clear and timely. The survey was completed 1 week after my initial contact and they organised a date suitable with the vendor for me so I didn't have to do anything. The completed report was then with me 3 working days later and Sean who carried out the survey was happy to answer any questions I had over the phone explaining certain aspects of the report. Emma and Sean have provided an excellent service when carrying out a surveyor recently for a home we are purchasing. Emma is so friendly and helpful with any communication needed. Sean was really great in taking the time to talk me through the report once I received it and didn’t fully understand its contents. This put me at ease. Even though I had paid up, some details came back in the searches return and I contacted the company again for advice.
