I contacted Thomas from TP Computers Ltd regarding issues with my desktop computer, who attended my home the same day, diagnosed the problem and offered his advice on the way forward ie. a new computer as mine was way out of date and not worth investing more money in.
Within a couple of days he had installed another machine updated to Windows 11, along with other things I had requested, and with a much faster start up and operating speed.
To say I am delighted is an understatement and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Thomas if you need any computer services.

A speedy response to a problem which was beyond me
A speedy response to a problem which I've struggled with for some time, getting a Microsoft Outlook account to fully synchronise with Apple Mail, Contacts and Calendars, after original use with a BT account. Gareth is obviously very competent in computer systems.

I had one of those scam warnings on my…
I had one of those scam warnings on my machine trying to get me to ring a bogus fake company to pretend to fix my comptuer. Instead I contacted Gareth from computer repair man. He has just left, computer cleaned up, and running better, scam warning etc have now gone. A fantastic and reliable service. 5 stars :)

FIRST CLASS SERVICE
Filled in the form, got a call from Steve quite promptly and he was here within the hour. The problem with my husband’s computer was sadly terminal but Steve sourced a new computer, delivered and set it up on a Sunday!! This guy was brilliant. Highly recommend.

Their website talks about same day repairs and no call out fees so I completed their form.
I received a phone call from a company that wanted £40 to collect my PC and I was informed that it would take two weeks just to assess what repairs were needed. Rubbish!

From start to finish this was a 5 star service. Tony did exactly what he promised at the time he specified. Very professional, great communication and very helpful-couldn't ask for more.

Jonathan took the PC away for a service and memory upgrade - had it back to us within 24hrs, running as good as new. Communication was excellent all the way down the line. Couldn't fault a thing and will definitely call upon Jonathan again in the future if needed. Recommended.

The Best forget the rest,
I have used this company before, you may have seen the Google recommendation - if not take a look. Every effort was made to resolve my issue; with other options covering all aspects of what the company can provide. Still they provided a magic trick and solved the issue after a discussion with me.
There many things in life you cannot trust, but you won't find this company on that list.. Another part of the service is the availability of a sales department, again thorough honest advice and options. All given in simple to understand language; with the utmost of patience.
As a bit of a silver surfer, I endorse this company with complete faith; and suggest what ever your age this company is trustworthy - give them a call.
Plain speaking friendly service - a throwback to when customer service was ahead of quick buck, bodge and scarper.
