Just started it a month now and cramps not that bad praying I conceive soon

Really quick delivery and cant wait to try the products

Threatened me with legal action for leaving a bad review, despite them taking my money and me not receiving my order. Customer service rep is appalling. Still waiting for a refund for products not recieved. Never known such incompetence.

Apparently the director is the person I have been dealing with and since seeing this review have contacted me to say I am defamatory, and that they will not give me a refund. Oh and my review is ‘on my file’ - they are behaving like criminals how can they get away with ripping people off?

So they keep editing their response and now I am getting the robot answer of tracking numbers, one of which is untrackable... odd that. They have £40 for products not recieved, and took 2 days to initially start getting back to me with ridiculous responses, so my comments on their social media were not lies or defamatory. They cant be if they are true. In previous email I was told that “ as a multinational pharmaceutical company we do not tolerate such behaviour that is in breach of the law.” - clearly a threat. I just want my money back for not recieving what I paid for. Stunned at this companies determination to clap back and be nasty!

“We do have evidence of your orders shipping including collection receipts from Royal Mail. Your actions are pathetic, you should be ashamed of yourself for acting like this especially after I advised you of the seriousness of your actions.

Absolutely shocking customer service. No resolutions, just pure rudeness. This is their director!! Also said that they will not be blackmailed into giving me a refund.

I placed my order 15 days ago and it is still processing! I have contacted customer services several times and just get the same response saying it will be shipped very soon and there was an unexpected high demand for the product I ordered. The website clearly stated that orders were processing on time within 1-2 days which is why I placed my order. I have received no correspondence to advise me that there would be any delays and there is nothing on the website despite them claiming there is. I wish I had read these reviews before ordering as it seems this is happening to most people. Waiting over 2 weeks for an order to be sent is unacceptable and they refuse to allow you to cancel the order. The majority of people ordering these products will be experiencing difficulties getting pregnant and going through a difficult and emotional time, not receiving their order for weeks and being refused a refund so that they can order elsewhere just adds to their distress. Will never order from here again, nobody should have to wait so long for an order to arrive after having the money taken straight away.

Despite the claims in the response to my review 6 days ago that my item was ready to ship that day, it has only shipped today, 3 weeks after placing the order. I have checked the website again and there is nothing on there to say that processing will take 3 weeks rather than 1-2 days as they claim. All it says is that the product is in high demand. They also tried to have my review removed claiming that I had not made an order from them despite them acknowledging my order in their response. Trust pilot reinstated my review after I provided them with proof of purchase. This is by far the worst service I have ever received. Waiting 3 weeks for an order without any updates is completely unacceptable. I will be at the end of my cycle by the time the product arrives after ordering it at the start and if I have got pregnant this month I will be even more annoyed about the shocking service and the refusal to cancel my order.

I provided my order number with my review otherwise how could you have provided an update on my order in your response? This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced, you accept no responsibility and put the blame on the customer. I have not missed any notice, there is nothing on the website to say that orders take 3 weeks to process. Maybe apologising to customers for the long delays would be appreciated rather than seeking to claim that customers have missed a non existent notice on the website.

Customer service is appalling. Don’t even answer your questions properly and sound like a robot! If an item is not arriving in the time frame you have advertised, you should inform your customers! Please don’t tell us it’s in the item listing when it’s clearly not.

Just like every other person who posted a 1 star review and would give it less if they could - your getting one star because your company and customer service is terrible!! This uneducated person who I keep getting the misfortune of chatting to is a complete waste of time. You just send generic answers that frustrates me even more! I got told to “extend my patience”? Why should I extend my patience for something I have paid for that didn’t specify would take so long to bloody be processed. I will be on your cases until you give me my bloody product.

I have mixed reviews if I’m honest, I ordered on 24th September as I thought ordering direct from them would be better, but still no order and despite their website stating they are processing orders as normal and there were no notices on the product I ordered stating it would be delayed, only that it was in high demand, which by the way does not state it will be delayed, I am still waiting. Received an email today saying it’s being prepared, who knows what that means, but I ordered the lubricant from Amazon which came in next day delivery yesterday which I’ll be using, so whilst I have heard great reviews about their products, which I am still willing to try, even though the customer service were very rude and I don’t feel they were at all sensitive about the ttc journey I may be on, I suggest if you do want your order quite quickly, to order through Amazon where at least you can have better shipping updates as well. It’s a bit unheard of to be left in the dark for such a long time with no order updates. And I did mention to them that I wanted to order through Amazon instead if they would just refund my order so I could have it quicker, they weren’t that interested and said it couldn’t be cancelled, so oh well. I was told conflicting reasons why my order was taking long, one was because of covid and the second reason I was told was because they were moving stock between warehouses, so who knows what the actual reason is, but I only found that out when I contacted them a week after placing my order. I was a bit worried about leaving a review as it seems they reply to everyone in a very defensive manner rather than fronting the whole “the customer is always right” thing that most companies align their customer service with, but as many ladies are going through a difficult ttc journey too, they may feel some comfort from my review I hope, that to save yourself the headache, just order from Amazon. :)

What I did know what that my partner had lower motility sperm...what I didn't know was that many normal lubricants 'may slow sperm down'. I found this out after 6 months of TTC with no success. Immediately looked for a sperm friendly lubricant. Ordered off Amazon and first time using Conceive Plus Fertility Lubricant have had a positive pregnancy test!
I know that there are many factors involved in conceiving...and this won't work out for everyone, but in my case I believe that using this product has really helped me to get pregnant. I'm posting this review as when I was looking for other reviews (before buying) I couldn't really find any that were helpful in regards to the actual viability of the product-hope that anyone reading finds this useful. Best £17 I've spent.

Just another example of a company cashing in on the desperation of those trying to conceive. Products ordered take a lifetime to arrive. Everytime I’ve voiced my concerns over delivery on social platforms they delete my comments within seconds, repeatedly. They are clearly deleting any criticisms on Instagram and Facebook as well. I don’t trust them. Products are a rip off, wish I’d never ordered. Theres plenty of similar products available that might actually arrive in the stated time frame compared to this.

Order these end of last week came with in a couple of days have started taking them the past 4 days awaiting to see if they help with us conceiving a bundle of joy in the near future after trying for 6 months and it not happing

I ordered on the 12th august while the website states 10-14 days on delivery due to back order.
I requested a refund twice on the order but was refused with it being 'out of their control' you know that's against my consumer rights dont you... the order hasnt been shipped no communication from inland company to tell me that it still isnt in stock or anything and every time I speak to customer service I get told it'll be posted in the next few days with a generic response.
I've received the same email 3 times word for word it is the same.
If you dont have the product available you shouldn't sell it it's as simple as that. They cant use covid as an excuse for delayed delivery either I've recieved parcels from all over the globe in a number of days from ordering all the way through covid.
Sham of a company will not be buying again.

Myself and partner ordered the conceive plus fertility product after loosing our angel back in June. Within a month of taking the product I can now happily say it does really work as I have recently found out I am pregnant. You won't be disappointed by taking this product and is worth the money. 😊

I was sceptical at first to try tablets to help conceive a baby, but after a few weeks of taking them I found out I was pregnant. I am truly happy with the product and would recommend to anyone who has pcos and other fertility issues. This has made my dream come true. Thank you conceive plus.
