Didn't receive order
I placed an order and as per their website was expecting it within 2-3 working days. A week later I still had no dispatch information. Several email exchanges with apologies and promises of chasing Evri for delivery information I've given up and asked for a refund. I'm not sure if the company or Evri are to blame but I wouldn't order from them again.

Hi Hezron - I appreciate your frustration but you ordered on the wednesday and your order shipped the same day. You made the enquiry on the friday (2 days later) at midday and there wasn't updated tracking yet. The reason the support person said '4 days' is because the courier does not give updated feedback over the weekend via their call centre. In any event the parcel was delivered on the Saturday which is pretty reasonable for standard service. I'm sorry you feel we were not helpful - we do everything possible to assist our customers (including reshipping orders at our cost when there seems to be unreasonable delays- which I know is already something you are aware of). Next time we should be more clear in our communications when we know we won't get responded to over a weekend so we don't create a false expectation.

My order came within 48 hours of ordering, the nappy pull ups are such a good fit and so comfortable, it’s such a piece of mind now to know I can get the bigger sizes which are bigger and still child looking cos he’s only 6 so he doesn’t look any different, and they do exactly what they say they’ll do, excellent buy 👍
