Having items delivered from the UK, it was found that there was several items briken, where either they wer not packed correctly/and stacked.loade badly. Boxes with frgile on them them were squased and the item inside broken.

I could not fault my experience with Conroys, both in Napier for collection and in Brisbane for delivery. The packers and the delivery guy were efficient, experienced, friendly, and tidy. The timeframe for delivery exceeded my expectations and I was kept up to date with progress. I would highly recommend Conroys for removals.

I booked for a 1928 car to be transported from Brisbane to Melbourne, within a Conroy 20' rail container.

I personally delivered the car to Conroy Brisbane and found all staff extremely knowledgeable and easy to communicate with.

I have now used Conroy Removals on two occasions. Shipping my goods from overseas to Brisbane in January 2025 and back to the UK in September 2025. From start of process, eg Katerina coming to the property to do an inventory, then for one particular gentleman who came to do the wrapping and packing. I forgot his name, but he displayed a very professional attitude in his work. Then lastly the lads who turned up to pick up the furniture were first class also. So quick,and everything went smoothly. Door to door, frequent updates. Everything went smoothly. Some invoices for customs etc... that I wasn't aware of which delayed delivery by a little bit, but overall great !

The Townsville crew were outstanding and extremely friendly and helpful. We were impressed how efficient and careful they were loading our possessions. Would definitely recommend them. This is the second time we have used them and that’s why we employed them again.

We are beyond greatful for the teams we dealt with getting our belongings from NZ to Melbourne. We were informed of every step along the way, communication was prompt. The Taranaki team were very informative with the process and tips and tricks to ensure the process would be as smooth as possible especially being so close to Christmas. Those that we dealt with were professional caring and took care when loading and unloading our stuff.
We had our stuff around 13 weeks later from uplift. The team came to the party very quickly from inspection to uplift which was one week. Highly recommend Conroy over other companies, their professionalism was unmatched. Huge shout out to the Taranaki team 🥰

My dealings with Conroys, particularly Liz, were excellent. Liz communicated frequently and let me informed of progress of our delivery of goods from the UK into Adelaide.
Dealings with Steve and Aaron was fewer but but both were efficient and helpful

Great company, amazing service and communication start to finish. Arrived on time every time.

Absolutely would not ever use them again. I would have an easier time pulling my teeth out manually with a hand mirror and pliers than dealing with this company. No accountability, no responsibility. My uplift occurred on 3/10/25. I am now writing this 11/12/25 still have not had my items delivered, with them constantly blaming customs and clearances- I paid extra for Conroy to pack my home, they labelled everything- so why are they asking me which box the declared items are in for customs????

Also I was not given an approximate delivery time frame until about 2 weeks AFTER my items were already picked up from my apartment… what were they doing with my things and why did they not inform me because I’m sure the insurance doesn’t cover items in “storage.”

Please I’ve been so stressed out, I’ve sent so many emails.. just don’t use them! Take it as a warning. They can’t even apologise

It took over a month to ship, from the day shipment picked up from auckland( 26th Aug) waiting to fill containers.

Arrived in perth on 17th oct, but again took a month to deliver (22 Nov) after custom and MPI clearance, due to delivery partner only deliver when they are in the area.

Waiting for them to pick up rubbish removal for over two weeks no response.
I guess another 1 month to get them to pick up rubbish and card which was part of the quote for service included.

So 26th Aug to 22 Nov 3 months wait to et shipment and still waiting for rubbish removal 11 Dec.
Rather pay some extra $ and get ur shipment around 1.5 months including everything.
Saving or cheap quote is not worth the wait when u r moving.
