Really good all round performance spoiled by one lady who clearly does not enjoy her job. Top marks to the lady who arranged our delivery and to the guys who delivered

We had a great experience moving about 39 cubic metres of household items from Auckland to Melbourne. From quotation process to delivery, we encountered friendly and professional staff, except when the initial packing team leader, who was neither friendly nor professional. This was quickly sorted by the management. The next day a team of 6 very professional packers with the sales manager came and did the job very well. Hiccups happen, and not all people are same, but the actions by the other staff and management took away the negative experience. We received our items within the agreed timeframe in good condition. I would use Conroys again and would recommend to others making the big move.

Great communication every step of the way. From the moment a date was set for my furniture to be packed and collected in the UK to the day it was delivered in Brisbane, I was informed of every step, timelines were on point and the team that delivered my items were fantastic

Clint and his son were great. We had great communication with Conroy since we arrived in Australia. Everyone was very professional and friendly and nothing was a bother. Everything got here safe and sound. The whole experience from the start in Scotland with Pickfords to the end in Australia with Conroy was very easy. I would recommend both companies without hesitation. Thank you for looking after our goods for us. It is a big decision to emigrate and it was made so much easier with questions being answered promptly and professionally.

Our move from Mandurah WA to the Sunshine Coast Qld went very smoothly. We were kept informed along the way and the staff were helpful and friendly. We have used other removal companies in the past, however, Conroy were by far the best. We will use them again in the future.

Really good commmunication and super helpful from start-to-finish. Quoted up to ten weeks, and got it done in 8-9, so am happy.

We looked at a couple of different companies to make the moved form Auckland to Melbourne, and certainly happy with the choice we made.

We were very impressed with Conroy Removals. They did a facetime to work out the exact square meterage of our belongings, gave us an immediate quote and informed us of the moving process. We moved from Townsville to Maryborough in QLD and the boys were great on both ends, all of our belongings arrived on time and in perfect condition. We were also informed of moving times, dates and where our belongings were via text and phone calls. We would highly recommend the team at Conway Removals.

Both ends of the removals were handled well. Dat led the team at our apartment in HCMC, and Conroy through Mark, Bryson and Steve brought our items to the house in Australia. All went well, and would use Conroy in future.

We were quoted 4-5 weeks to ship our stuff from Melbourne to NZ. It’s 6 weeks and we are still waiting for our things to be bio security cleared and delivered. One item to be searched are the Christmas ornaments. Although we clearly wrote that on the outside of the box it was labelled by the removalists as ornaments only - 7 boxes have the same description which means all 7 need to be searched. I probably would have given a higher score if you had requested a review AFTER we had received our stuff

I was given a timeslot, but the delivery did not arrive, and I got no calls to say that they would be late.
I rang to check on the position and was told that the driver was on route and would call me, but I did not get a call. I waited another hour before I called back - the lady I spoke to called the driver and told me that he would be with me in about 30 minutes, which he was.
The delivery itself was fine, but the communication was terrible, as I really think that the company should let you know if there are delays.

Great experience from start to finish, i moved from Australia to Switzerland and cannot fault anything as all went really well, great communication etc. Would def use Conroy again if evee moved again 😊

A pleasure to deal with from the initial conversation with Katrina in the office and walk through quote to the professional and friendly fellows Mark and Craig who uploaded our goods to also unloading at the final destination I give the whole experience a 10 out of 10 rating 😀

Great experience overall with Conroy Removals! Communication was clear and helpful throughout our long overseas move. The transport took a little longer than expected, but everything arrived safely in the end. The delivery team was friendly, fast, and left everything neat and clean. Moving can be stressful, but they really made it easier! 🚚🌏📦

Professionally packed by your movers yet So many precious things broken. Surf boards ruined by being stored on their tips for 10 weeks. Leg broken off dining table. Terrible and would not recommend to anyone!

From our first phone consult then further conversations relating to the technicalities of moving part of my mums deceased estate including valuable antiques & artworks to my home address I felt I was in good hands.

Communication regarding the status of my items was ongoing throughout the process.

Valuables were impeccably packed & safely transported.
On delivery day, the truck guys phoned me to update the time of arrival. They were such lovely fellows who took great care removing everything from their truck & placing everything where I asked. They were so polite & professional.

We moved from Ballarat, Victoria to Hervey Bay, Queensland. From the outset we were concerned about the move as we had not previously done a move over such a large distance, however the professionalism of the Conroys team quickly set our minds at ease. From our first engagement with Justin Ulrich who conducted the pre-move assessment, Justin walked us through the whole process and made it sound so easy. Then there were the 2 Conroys moving guys who came to Ballarat to load our goods, they were both extremely courteous, very friendly and took extreme care with all our furniture. The professionalism of those 2 gentlemen eased our mind even further. Then there were the 2 guys who delivered and unpacked our goods at Hervey Bay, once again they were friendly, professional and took extreme care during the unloading and placement of our furniture. To the Conroys team involved Bev and I cannot thank you enough. I would not hesitate to highly recommend Conroys to anyone consider moving house. Regards Anthony.

Overall my experience was disappointing. I specifically asked that my belongings were sent to NZ early, I would rather pay storage at the other end so that I could receive them as close to my arrival as possible. I was assured this could and would be done. As soon as they got my money it was crickets. I emailed and called multiple times asking for updates. They held my belongings in Sydney for 8 weeks, I got to NZ the day before my stuff arrived and it then took another 3 weeks to actually get it delivered. Definitely not the service I paid a lot of money for.
