Super fast and professional service. Collected, repaired and returned my PS5 in 3 days.

Amazing service. Paid for the order, called them up as instructed, had an option to either have a courier collect my package or post it myself (with a pre-paid envelope). Decided to post myself, they updated me the next day that it had arrived and 2hrs later gave me a call telling me they fixed it and it’s on its way back. Was playing on my PS5 in no time. Whole process took 48-72hrs. Cannot recommend them enough.

Helpful, speedy and fair price. We’ve had both my eldest sons xbox hard drive changed and my youngest Switch card reader and four joy-cons fixed, on both occasions the guys were really helpful when I called and arranged for the consoles to be picked and delivered within a week excellent service all round.

Console Portal were fast and efficient.
My console was sent away on Friday, fixed on the following Tuesday and sent back by Wednesday.

I was distraught when my Xbox wouldn’t work. I found these guys and they repaired it so quickly and I have had no issue ever since. If I break any other devices I’m definitely using them again! I’m also recommending them to my friends and family!!
