These guys are brilliant. Fixed price repairs. Friendly phone service from Sam and a very fast turnaround on repairs. Easy parcel pick up or drop off of faulty units by UPS. My son's Nintendo was in fixed and back home in 4 days. I hope I don't need to use them again but if I do, I know I'm in good hands.

Really solid service all round, they repaired my Xbox hdmi port exactly as they said they would.
Great price, perfect communication and replaced part works as expected.

Absolutely brilliant company. I was paying a monthly insurance fee as sold by Curry’s, to cover any issues with my son’s Xbox. Completely mis-sold as when my son’s cable port wouldn’t allow him to use his Xbox Curry’s said my cover wouldn’t cover it!!! I found this company and for a small charge it was collected by private currier, fixed and returned!
They were so helpful. Definitely recommend.

Fixed My 2 year old dead Ps5! And MUCH MUCH Cheaper than what Sony was charging.

Collection wasn't great but not on their part. (APC Overnight, didn't turn up twice ) but they quickly arranged a different collection the next day from another courier. I think it took a week to get it back and all fixed. Charged much less than what Sony was charging and the people were really helpful when dealing with my issue. Ive not played the console much since getting it back as I’ve been busy with work, family and just life stuff but it’s all fixed and when I do occasionally get time to turn it on I've had no issue's.

I wouldn’t have any doubt to use them again if I have any other issues with my tech! They cant be beat for this type if thing and with a extended warranty it really is a no brainer.

Don't normally leave reviews, but I had the to leave one for these guys. Absolutely brilliant, my daughter's switch was liquid damaged and I didn't have much hope for it to be repaired, but these guys managed to sort it, without a problem, and I would highly recommend them.
