Excellent customer service! I was sent a sampler pack of just a few contacts of the wrong prescription instead of my correct order. I threw these away and was therefore unable to demonstrate I did not receive the correct product, but Chad was very helpful in setting up a re-order despite this for no extra charge.

I ordered 4 boxes of Acuvue Oasys 1-Day for Astigmatism 30 pack with HydraLuxe and got free shipping and their website said 3 to 4 business days it would take for me to get my ordered delivered to me, it’s now day 5 and I have not got my boxes of contacts, plus their customer service was unclear with how they were fixing the problem and not clear fully when they will express ship my order out… changed my order up and didn’t tell me also I told them I was very unsatisfied with there service and they could not give me any discounts to make me satisfied with the late shipment of my order. 2 stars only as they need to improve their poor customer service and fix customer service quality standards to satisfy customers. Contactsexpres.ca is slow in shipping now and their customer service agents service I think in helping customers with their orders could use improvement!
I hope they improve on their service as as an online store or there will be more unsatisfied customers!

Delivery was way faster than expected, and the Items were all exactly what I ordered. Direct claim to the insurance company was super convenient. Overall great experience!

Wow! Amazing customer service! I messed up the address and had the contacts send to the wrong place ( daughter away at university) and they sent new contacts, no questions asked and without charging me . I am so appreciative and impressed .

I made a mistake ordering my contacts. I thought there would be no way to get it fixed before we left for vacation, but Emma at customer service saved the day! She very kindly explained where I’d gone wrong, and patiently guided me through what to do to make sure I got it right the next time. My new contacts are on the way and I’d recommend this service to anyone, I’m going to get glasses next!

Contacts Not-express. Timelines are misleading. Paying extra for 2-4 business days express shipping makes people believe they will have their order quickly. Not that there is a 4 day processing time and then another 4 days to ship.
So 2-4 days express is actually a minimum of 8 days and anywhere up to 10 business days.

I missed an email that told me my order was out of stock. I used the chat feature and got everything sorted out. They upgraded my shipping so I wouldn’t have to wait too long as well. Great service. Easy access. Very pleased with the outcome. I even got my order for less.

I had issues with the delivery process. However, Maria was very helpful and was able to solve all my issues with ease. She was also very easy to talk to and had a clear voice making the process even easier.
