Wow! Ordered my glasses Tuesday evening, recieved them THURSDAY AT NOON!! (I live in Southwestern Ontario) First time customer, so I had to input all my information, it isn't like this was a re-order. Also, lots of respect for them holding the order until it was confirmed the Credit Card I used was ACTUALLY mine! Will be purchasing glasses for my whole family through this company! OUTSTANDING!!!

We have been dealing with ContactsExpress.ca for over four years for glasses and contacts. We are extremely happy with the service, pricing and products. I spoke to Dennis again today and he was great. He knows his products and answers all my questions expertly. We have recommended you to many others over the past few years.

I had a problem with my sons prescription for contacts that was my fault and they immediately sent a return shipping label and expedited a new box of contacts with correct prescription!

Chris was super helpful and friendly to resolve a coupon code issue that could not be applied via an online order. Pricing and service was really great.

I recently decided to give contacts express a try and was delighted with the fast delivery and they had even sent me a complimentary pair of glasses!

Unfortunately, I hard ordered the wrong prescription so I wrote to their team and got a response the following morning ( I had sent a message around 8pm).

Amanda responded quickly and was very kind in assisting me. We'll done Amanda and the contacts express team!

The best experience I've had with any company! I made an error on an order and not only did they allow me to return the items but they fixed my order and shipped it without even asking. I thought I wasn't going to get much help but the customer service team were so nice!! Looking forward to shopping here more often for contacts and glasses :)

I have had two reasons to contact their customer service (one my fault, the other a shipping issue). Both times their customer service was easy to get a hold of and very accommodating.

Speed it up.4 days to send it out is not "arriving in 2-4 business days".You lied about how long you take.I can deal but you call yourselves 'express'.Disappointing.

I called because I wanted to make sure I submitted my daughter’s prescription accurately. Sure enough I had made a mistake, but Francis was super helpful and corrected my order. He was very friendly and made sure the prescription for her contacts were exact.
