Still waiting for my 2nd container
I purchased 2 containers at the end of August. I received the first one September 24. It has a major dent in the middle of the roof, which is collecting water (and I am sure will soon rust and leak). I asked for the checklist (always completed before receiving the last 6 containers) and was told they don't have one anymore. I still haven't received the 2nd container. Haven't heard from anyone. It was supposed to be a 7-day lag time before delivery.

Lorne, thank you for your continued business. We’re sorry for the frustration with the first container’s condition and the wait for your second.
The containers purchased were Cargo Worthy units, rather than new containers, so signs of prior use can be expected. However, we take your concern about water collecting in the roof dent seriously and would like to review the photos and condition with you before determining the appropriate next steps.
Container availability and specialized trucking schedules can affect delivery timing, but we understand you need a clear update. Please continue your existing email conversation with our team so we can review the roof condition, clarify the inspection documentation, and confirm the next steps for your outstanding container.

Excellent wuality
Although the container arrived 1 day late due to a couple of bad tires on the truck, the drivers communication was good. The container is top rate; appears brand new with near perfect condition! Very satisfied.

Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad Aaron provided a great delivery experience. Container availability, specialized truck scheduling, and coordination with the depot can sometimes extend delivery timelines. We understand that nearly four weeks is a significant wait and appreciate your patience. Thank you for choosing Container One!

For starters, I would be nice if they sent you options to choose from. Yes i know its used yada yada. The container i received this time versus last year was totally different. Very rough and not as pleased as i was the first time. Then we get to the purchase part. Your money is gone so fast no worries. This particular time I was told how about tomorrow. Only 5 or so days out from purchase date. Time goes by, driver can't make it. Calls back the next day to reschedule for the next day. Sure, make the arrangments, time goes by and another phone call. Paperwork won't right. Got that straight and week goes by and reschedule for next day. The driver calls to reschedule because dispatch didn't want to. It finally showed up late that evening. I only went with this company because I was very pleased with my last purchase. The driver was great and put it exactly where I wanted it. If I decide to buy another it will possibly be through another supplier. To many middle man in the process.

Justin, thank you for choosing Container One again. We’re sorry this experience didn’t match your first purchase, and we understand the frustration of rearranging your schedule multiple times.
Your purchase was for a used Wind and Water Tight container. Appearance and wear can vary between units of the same grade. For customers who prioritize cosmetic condition, we always recommend a one-trip container for a cleaner, more consistent appearance.
Delivery requires coordination between the depot, carrier, and dispatch. Changes in truck availability or release paperwork can affect scheduling, and we recognize that repeated changes are disruptive. We’re glad the driver provided a positive experience and placed the container exactly where you wanted it. Thank you for your feedback and your repeat business.
I thought the container would be in…
I thought the container would be in better shape. It had a large cut on one side. It is water tight but still I thought we would get a little better container. All in all I am satisfied and will clean it up. The delivery was seem less.

Rick, thank you for your feedback. Your purchase was a Wind and Water Tight (WWT) container, a grade intended for secure, weather-resistant storage rather than a like-new appearance. When cosmetic condition is a priority, we recommend a one-trip container.
Containers are inspected at the depot and reviewed with the customer at delivery, with customer sign-off documenting acceptance. WWT containers can show wear from prior use while still protecting stored contents from wind and water. However, we’d welcome photos of the cut you mentioned so our team can review that specific concern.
We’re glad delivery went smoothly and that you’re satisfied overall. Thank you for choosing Container One.

Driver was friendly unit arrived a few days before estimated timeframe of 7 to 10days. I did have to call to get a ETA of drop off which lead to a late afternoon delivery. But Phone reps and Chris the dispatcher were great. Gonna order a few more.

Thank you for your feedback, Lateisha! We’re pleased your container arrived ahead of the estimated timeframe and that the driver, our phone representatives, and Chris made the experience a positive one. We understand that having a drop-off ETA helps you plan your day. Timing can depend on the driver’s progress, traffic, and earlier stops, so our team may wait for a driver update to provide a more accurate estimate rather than one that could change. Thank you for choosing Container One. We look forward to helping you with your next containers!

Thank you for your feedback, Philip. We’re glad ordering and payment were easy, and we appreciate your patience with the delivery wait. Shipping container deliveries require coordination of specialized equipment, available drivers, and delivery routes, which can sometimes extend the expected timeframe. We understand that timing matters and appreciate the opportunity to work with you.

Terrible Delivery Experience...
Terrible Delivery Experience...
The Container arrived exactly as advertised.
Condition and quality of the container was great!
The delivery company you chose was not properly equipped to deliver the container to my property, nor where I had marked out. The driver agreed to place the container and where I requested. However, the devilry driver could NOT complete our transaction. His "trailer was not properly equipped to unload the container. He unstrapped the container, and aggressively backed his equipment near where the Box was to be placed, and then slammed on the breaks of his truck to attempt get the box to slide off. He tried this several times, and in two different places on my property with NO SUCCESS. I even tried to assist with using my tractor that was on site with no success. I then had to call a towing company out to my property to remove the container from the delivery vehicle, and place where I wanted. This process took over 3 hours. After container was placed, I then had to PAY THE TOWING COMPANY MYSELF to complete OUR transaction.
This wasn't the first container I had purchased from CONTAINER ONE, but it was a terrible experience.
I have already sent and email to Nina about this. Unfortunately, I have not been contacted by anyone from Container One.
Disappointed

This is why we inspect it at depot and also inspect with you at delivery. Rust is does not affect the grade you bought. Its cosemetic only. We are very diligent describing grades at check out and in our terms and conditions befor you buy. Corten steel is designed to surface rust only and thats why we have a 5 year warranty, Sorry you feel the container is not as cosmeticly appealing as you like. as far as function you are in great shap and thatcontainer will last a life time if you take care of it.
The driver was excellent
The driver was excellent. My only issue is how poorly the rusted door hinges swing. Hopefully when I lube them up they will swing easier.

Thank you for the feedback. Once you lube the hinges and start using them it will also loosen up. Just make sure the container is level.
Successful delivery
We didn't get the delivery on the day it was scheduled, but I wasn't available that day anyway and had someone else available to handle it, so the one day delay wasn't a problem. It was the contracted delivery driver that called me and explained, not container one. I'll say this, he went above and beyond, and placed the two containers right where I wanted them. They are lucky to have such a good contract driver!
