As a first-time buyer, this was a completely new experience for me, but Mark made everything straightforward and easy to follow. He explained each step clearly and in a way that was easy to understand, which really helped throughout the process.

He was always helpful, responsive and patient with any questions I had, no matter how small. I felt well supported from start to finish and would use his services again when I am next buying/selling!

Gemma has been brilliant to work with. Very helpful throughout the process and kept me updated always. She has made my moving process a breeze and I would absolutely recommend.

Unbelievably, ConveyancingHome sent the proceeds of a sale to the wrong solictor, a company that had been liquidated. They did not do the basic account checks that any individual or business would do.

Even worse, they took four days to resolve the matter when they could have paid this instantly from their own funds or through insurance. It left one family homeless for four days and three others stranded in the chain.

To make matters worse, the legal claim for the expenses incurred by this gross incompetence has yet to be paid. It is still awaiting 'approval from one of their directors'.

A terrible situation, made worse by apathy, tardiness and a complete lack of care and attention after the mistake was discovered.

ConveyancingHome replied below, quite rapidly and at the weekend. It shows they pay more attention to trying to block bad reviews rather than sorting the problem out. An hour spent on a correct bank transfer would have been more productive than trying to suppress bad online feedback. A classic case of wrong priorities.

Hannah and Mark were always prompt with responses, quick to get documents across, and I was very happy with the speed at which the purchase progressed. I would certainly recommend them based on my experiences.
