Scam. They charged my credit card twice before I noticed. I have no idea where they got my detail from.

With out knowing trying to get a compition..Landed with a deduction from my bank . No access to their site and a potential of more money taken

DO NOT EVER CLICK THIS COMPANY!!! They are without doubt a total fraudulent scam.

This company keeps trying to take monies from my bank account don't know how they got this total scammers
Scammers scammers. Some thing has to be done with these SCAMMERS!!!!!

You might not of gone on this site but you would’ve paid something through Apple Pay and signed up to a subscription without knowing.
Me for example tried watching a video payed 1p through Apple Pay then recently received a bill off £34.95 all you can do is contact your bank as fraud and hope to get your money back.

I initially subscribed through Apple Pay, but after contacting the customer support team, the issue was promptly resolved. Exceptional customer support service

Only scored 1 as couldn’t score 0. I didn’t sign up for anything, this company don’t provide anything, and apparently it links to a 99p click you do to watch a video. DO NOT EVER CLICK THIS COMPANY!!! They are without doubt a total fraudulent scam, and charge repeatedly for something and not cheap!

It’s a scam, I never subscribed, they cannot be contacted by phone, just a recorded message.
Do not respond to mails or even provide a service. Someone should close this down.

My 14 year old daughter has no recollection of ever going on this site so assume it must have been a pop up she tried to get rid of. You keep trying to take payment of £34.90 from her child saving account. I have emailed to ask you to cancel a subscription she has never set up. Please take this as formal cancellation and stop trying to take money from a minors account.

Total scam. I was asleep when apparently i signed up! Asked for proof and they sent a screenshot of an email they sent to me... nothing about me signing up. Just looking at the reviews you can see its illegal. Its with my bank for a refund. Keep sending in reviews so they get shut down!!

I was looking for something else on the Internet and somehow found myself on their site. I immediately moved away but shortly afterwards found they had debited my bank account £35.90.
I complained but they were evasive. Now they have somehow taken a second payment, so I have spoken to my bank who will refund me.
This outfit are scammers.

I never wanted to subscribe for this service. I was on another website and this must have been a pop up, so I was confused when asked for a payment of 0.10, which I made thinking it was for the video I am trying to watch. Next day I get a payment taken for £34.90. This company uses trickery and sneaky tactics to get people to subscribe.

We went on a trip to Rome and visited the Vatican Museum. When we arrived, there was a QR code at the desk for you to scan and obtain a map of the museum. I scanned this and it charged me 0.01p for the map which at the time I didn't think anything of. I made this payment and it took me through to a Cook Skillz website. Obviously, everyone spoke Italian and was not sure what this was. I have checked my bank today and have now been charged £34.90 for Cook Skillz and have been signed up to a monthly subscription. I am going through the process with my bank to report this fraudulent website and to the Vatican Museum. How scary that they have dotted these QR codes even at the desks of such as significant place and no-one there is aware. Disgusting scammers.

Clearly a scam. Thought I was downloading a ringtone for 1p. 10 minutes later, received email stating I had subscribed to cook skillz.
I had not signed a contract, TORs or for a specified period.
Immediately unsubscribed via link and follow up email.
Informed Lloyds fraud hotline and cancelled future payments.
Will check to see if after these actions they attempt further debits.
All within 40mins of initial download!

Yet another victim of trickery - my teenage daughter discovered this lot had somehow started a subscription from her bank, taking £49.99 and sending her overdrawn. She is not remotely interested in cooking and it's the last thing she'd sign up for by choice. Phone calls went unanswered and the link to cancel online wasn't operational. In the end I had to email threatening to report it unless they resolved it. Still no refund despite being in the 14-day cooling off period and the fact she is legally too young to even enter a subscription agreement with them.

As a 84 year old my memory can play tricks on me! However there is no way that I agreed to a MONTHLY subscription of £34.90. First time I’ve ever been scammed. Over to my bank.

Scam, I had no intention of signing up to this. Thought I was logging into my playstation account, next thing I know they send a test transaction to my account.

Beware
