I've had the same experience as Lyn. £34.90 deducted which I thought was me forgetting something I bought but then it occurred one month later for the same amount. I then realised it was something dodgy done via my google wallet and I have had to revert to my bank and report the fraud

This scammers trick you into a subscription from a QR scanner app whilst you think it's something else, keep away from cookskillz.com unless you genuinely want to joint it,

SCAMMERS
0.01p sign in ????? No clear memory of what happened! They posing as cookery site. Find they taking money £34.90 already twice as subscription. Only animated voice message. No one real . Repeat weird message. Gabble another impossible to follow. Cant email them. Then message saying don't recognise my email can I send photo of last numbers of relevant cards!!! Left it in the Bank's hands. Bank refunded me and stopped subscription.

Clearly scammers. I recently got a new phone and had to scan a QR code in the phone's manual. Apparently this led to me being charged £17.99 a month. I'm busy trying to cancel the subscription through my bank.

This outfit and their website appear to be a front for a money scamming operation. I got scammed when purchasing a wiring diagram for a car for £1.01 from a completely different website. Then I further £34 was taken immediately after. By making a purchase for a £1.01, I had inadvertently agreed to the terms and conditions for Coolskiiz and an agreement for a year subscription started. They don’t answer emails and if you phone them, their hold message is so annoying it’s unbearable to stay on hold for any amount of time. Beware!

Scam been reported months ago went through fraud changed new bank cards and still managed to scam again months later through new cards ????? Weird how the transactions made when you are sleeping

Proper scammers, be very careful these will continue to try and draw money out of your accounts regularly. I didn't sign up or have any contact with this lot and yet they sneak around your phone without permission. I've now filed for compensation through my bank and the police fraud department

Rang up to cancel and the lady canceled my subscription straight away with no problems first off read what companies put before you except any conditions it's not the companies fault for you not taking the time to read the policy !!!

They have withdrawn money from my bank account without my authorisation. I really don't know how they got hold of my details.

This company disgrace download app for TV followed instructions directed to authorise payment did that and started taking money from account stay clear of this don't authorised any payments

Scam scam scam, avoid these like the plague.

Was downloading a menu at the sparking clog radcliffe using a qr scanner was subscribed to this site. I have tried ringing but its just a message asking you to email. This is a scam. Dont use a qr scanner if you use this pub

Absolute scam. Do not touch. Was downloading qr code for menu. Redirected. Requested 1p. Stupidly agreed and was charged £39 for subscription. No idea what for. Have cancelled subscription but don’t see them providing refund.
Steer well clear.

I think this website is a scam.
The website came up on a redirect from a QR code for an EV charging station.
It looked like registering for paying for the charging.
I then got an email saying that I had 24 hours to cancel or I would be charged a monthly subscription.
I cancelled. I also emailed to confirm cancellation - I never had a reply to this email.
24 hours later I was emailed to say my monthly payment had been taken.
There was just a recorded message on the number on the website saying no advisor was available.
