I contacted to find out how to replace the bag for my 8’x8’ tent. It was falling apart. Customer service told me exactly where to locate it on their website and asked me to provide them with the order number. The next day I received a refund for the full amount! Amazing company service!

So after buying my cabana in 2023, Cool Cabana was gracious enough to give me another pole after the grommets wore out. Just to mention the quality is excellent and after going to beach every weekend in Florida, it's still holding up well. I highly recommend on spending the money and buying Cool Cabana, excellent quality.

We vacation on Hilton Head Island every summer for two weeks. We have destroyed a tent every year in the wind. We switched to the Cool Cabanas this year and love them. Why. 1. No tools needed to set up.2. Lightweight only 8 pounds. 3. Simple set up and take down. Took under 5 minutes to setup and breakdown. Fits right in the bag. Watch the video on setup and breakdown. I love my cabana. So easy to use. Great with the grandkids especially the 3 month old. No worries on how to get her out of the sun for her bottles. Had a small problem with the spike. I emailed company and it was resolved within 24 hours. Would highly recommend !!!

Our Coolcabana was our first purchase when we moved into our home in Florida. It is so well made, offers great protection against the brutal sun, and is so easy to assemble and break down that I can do it by myself. Its design makes it so sturdy even against the wind. Customer service is excellent as well. They are very accommodating and responsive.

We loved our Palm Beach 5 cabana. It is sturdy and easy to setup and take down.
Shared that we were surprised that scoops did not come with the cabanas but no problem for us we bought a plastic juice pitcher and it works great. Scoops up a lot of sand. They did say that they would note the suggestion 😎

I have had a cool cabana now for 3 years and we love it for the beach days on Michigan’s west coast. It goes up and down super quick… this year I went to use it and the carry bag strap and handle broke… probably from being stored in my dry and hot pool house… anyway, I contacted Cool Cabana customer support and they quickly responded and said to order a replacement from their website for 30.00 and send them the order number for a full refund. It was processed in 24 hours and replacement shipped and refund sent.. excellent customer service after the sale to support an already amazing product!

I love the actual product - the cabana. However the customer service at this company rivals telecom and internet companies in the US. Coolcabanas might actually be worse! It’s quite surreal how a human being is able to write the emails they wrote in response to an order that was damaged and undelivered by UPS.

Someone named “Will” keeps sending me unprofessional emails that feel like that email from the Prince of Nigeria desperately needing your account info to give you money. He keeps telling me I need to place a new order in order for them to refund me my original undelivered item. This isn’t how business works…

Such a shame too because the product is great. Now I’m going to tell everyone to avoid doing business with this “company.”

Cool Cabanas are the best tents out there! So easy to use, set up and take down. We live 10 minutes from the beach and go all the time. We have tried allll the different tents and this is by far the best one! We have had ours for 3 years now and it’s still in great shape. Customer service is also top notch.

I reached out to Coolcabanas to find out how to replace the bent stake for my cabana. I received a response within 24 hours. They told me how to order the replacement part on their website and once I ordered, to send them the order number and they will reimburse me. I was not expecting any reimbursement, this was an unexpected surprise. I have received very prompt responses. Customer service is fantastic. I will definitely order from Coolcabanas again.
