A smooth and excellent service from an excellent company. When I went to collect the product I had ordered, the really cool guy that gave it to me gave me a fist bump, and I felt really welcome. Offered to carry the product out to the car for me. Excellent service, thank you very much.

Ordered a portable Air con unit for my sons bedroom, as he spends a lot of time gaming or editing videos for his Youtube channels. So with the recent heatwave we needed something to cool his room down.

Ordered the Lux Air KYR-07CO which my son has found works great. He uses it about 4 times a day to regulate his room temperature. You certainly notice the difference within a few minutes of it going on.

CoolEasy website was well laid out and we were kept informed with each stage of the purchase/delivery. Only thing that we have had issues with is registering the units warranty as the web link on the instruction booklet does not work.

Other than that would definitely recommended CoolEasy to family and friends

I ordered an air cooler that was advertised with next-day delivery. A full working week has now passed, and I still have not received the product I paid for. To make matters worse, customer service has been completely useless. I was promised a delivery update, but nobody ever got back to me. Let's just say I am a very unhappy customer right now and would not recommend buying from them.

I was looking for a home air-conditioning unit. I came across Cool Easy on my research results. I left a voice mail on there customer service voice mail. I got a call back from Euan and he spent almost 1 hour talk to me about the options for home air con. I live on a council flat so portal air conditioning was the only option for me. Euan was patient and very helpful with explaining all the products. I needed my time to research the options. I decided on the Lux Air Portable Air Conditioning Heat Pump - 3.5kW (12000 Btu).

I had it arrived to day and it was set up with in about 40 minutes by the time I put the hose together, and placed on the window mesh cover. Euan is a lovely staff member. I sent him an email with how I setup my Air conditioning unit and asked how to setup the water hose. Euen sent me an email with the guide. Grate customer service and very happy with the product. As I have Autism and Adhd I get very hot when sleeping and the air conditioning is key plus the summer will be here in a few months.

I had a couple of problems with the order and CoolEasy did not hesitate to resolve the problem quickly and at no cost to myself. Fantastic and responsive service. I would highly recommend them as a supplier since this is always one of your biggest concerns - what happens if things don't go to plan.
