Faulty Easyfit air conditioner unit.
Had to pay £350 for engineer to come and try to fix the unit and we're unable to diagnose/fix the fault.
I'm now left with £1000 fan providing no heating or cooling.
Dozens of emails and calls with customer services.
No refund or replacement given.
Look elsewhere.

Wrong item delivered, no resolution
Aircon direct delivered me 1 of 2 units that were addressed to another customer, and my unit to someone else. I was even able to contact the other customer who confirmed they had my unit. After over 2 weeks and 3 half hour phone calls mostly on hold to aircon direct they have done absolutely nothing useful to resolve this, when all they needed to do was send someone to collect both units and deliver them to the correct addresses.

RIP off Company!! Called to get a quote and when I received my phone bill I was charged £15 for the phone call!!
I will be reporting them to trading standards and the ofcom.
