Ordered Le Nez du Vin on Wednesday, delivered on Friday. Excellent communication and great value for money.

Great, we bought a wine fridge on Tuesday, arrived by Friday. Two young men brought it in and set it up, good price, nice people. all ok.

Did not come with a U.K. plug. Big fail

We purchased one of the new large capacity wine cabinets from coolersom about a week ago. All arrived on time, helpful people.

Absolutely adore our two Swisscave premium wine cabinets. We’ve had them for a year now and recently bought some additional filters. Coolersomm are always friendly and helpful and provided superb pricing and service. Thank you to their team, always contactable. Andy D

Did not display the correct information and wasted my time and energy

The ordering experience was easy. Delivery on time and friendly delivery people. The product appears to be working well though I am not entirely sure that it keeps to the temperatures I have selected as it seems to change each compartment by about 3 degrees even when the door is not opened.
My main disappointment is that I have not been contacted (as promised) on vet a month after delivery regarding my free wine offer!!!

Delivery about an hour later than predicted. Deliverers efficient but surly. Based on the website, I had expected them to install the wine fridge, but they did not. Installing not particularly difficult but occupied an hour or so that I hadn’t expected. Fridge itself works well and I’m very happy with the end result.

Company obviously loves what they do and made a real effort to deliver despite a few setbacks on the way. I would happily deal with them again.

Seriously guys, Coolersomm is a great company.
I have a restaurant and recently bought two wine coolers. The service was polite and efficient. We received both items within 2 days from the order at no extra costs. They emailed us after the deliveries to make sure the items were correct and in good order. In 25 years working in hospitality I have never encountered such a nice company when it comes to catering equipment. Totally recommended!
