I really love my new grandpa hoodie! It fits perfectly. I wear it all the time. Very comfortable. I had no problems with this order. Everything was smooth and easy.

My shirt was well printed and the colors were vibrant. The quality of the fabric was even better than one could expect for the price. Very happy with my purchase.

Never received my order. The phone number for the company has an automated messaging system that instructs you to go online for claims. Then you go online and put in the claim and another automated message provides you the tracking number which you get when the order is sent. Doesn't do any good to have a tracking number that shows your order is lost. How about some actual customer service. That's what I get for ordering online.

This is the crap they send you. The inscription is half the size of the sweatshirt. They then acknowledged it was messed up and sent two more just like it. I refused to allow them to send me this crap again and they don’t refund money so you would have to be stupid to order from them.

Great experience ordering shirts and masks from coolfamilytee. Very helpful and reliable staff and the products I received were beautiful and very comfy to wear. Thanks.

Totally satisfied with the items delivered. Quick turnaround and reasonable prices. Delivery was two days earlier than promised. Thank you.

Extremely satisfied with the quality of shirts and masks I ordered from this website. Really thrilled to wear them. Will definitely shop again.

Great to do business with will highly recommend these guys

The most awful company to deal with. My order never arrived, I was given a huge runaround by " bots " who just copy paste nonsensical answers to your query.I suspect they dont speak or understand English . The second " delivery " also failed. Again an enormous runaround, emails not answered or answers come from " noreply ' email addresses. I suspect this is a scam. I only got a refund after I reported this to my credit card company who took action. I would NEVER use them again.
