I placed an order over a month ago. I was receiving updates and they suddenly stopped. I emailed them asking what happened to my order and where they did reply stating they were shipping it out again and to give them a few more days, it's now been another fortnight. I've requested a refund and they're saying they can't because the order was shipped! TOTAL SCAM. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

THEY ARE A DISGRACE AND I SO WISH I’d read THESE REVIEWS BEFORE I STUPIDLY PLACED AN ORDER.
They have supplied me after weeks of waiting, a damaged book and they offer £2 refund and send time wasting emails!
Should NOT BE ALLOWED TO SELL!!!

I ordered two rabbits in a tin for Easter, shipping updates were received which said they were in the UK THE ITEMS WERE NOT DELIVERED AND THE COMPANY RETURNS EMAILS TOTAL SCAM DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Avoid this company at all costs.

I ordered a Wireless HDMI transmitter and receiver specifically to avoid using AirPlay or WiFi-based casting. What I received was only the receiver, which completely defeats the purpose of what was advertised and sold.

Yes, the receiver technically works — but only via AirPlay, which is exactly what I was trying to avoid by purchasing a transmitter + receiver setup in the first place. This is not what I paid for.

When I contacted them, they refused to acknowledge the issue and claimed the item was correct. They then tried to brush it off with a £2 goodwill offer, later increasing it to £5, instead of actually resolving the problem or issuing a proper refund.

This is misleading at best. Selling one thing and delivering something entirely different, then offering a few pounds to make it go away, is unacceptable.

Do yourself a favour and stay well away from this company.

HAVE WAITED 2 MONTHS FOR ORDER. ASKED FOR REFUND. JUST KEEP SENDING ME TRACKING. ITS GONE FROM AMERICA TO CARDIFF THEN TO LONDON. I LIVE IN BIRMINGHAM, SO WHY GO LONDON.

I’m shocked that they can keep getting away with this. No order arrived and email responses NOT professional and offered no explanation or support.

I was given ridiculous advice such as “ ask at your local post office ‘ and “ search nearby hedges”
I am not at all surprised that they average only 1.3 stars on here.
I would give no stars if I could.

This company takes your money and doesn't send the goods. Their customer service is total rubbish. They send excuses and avoid the questions. Do not buy from them!

Placed order, thought it was in US, turns out it's China. I'm in UK. Order shows as delivered 14/2/26. Email sent told me to check with Post Office. Not their tracking number. None of regular delivery companies show any delivery made.

I wouldn’t even give them a star, please don’t buy from this company, orders 2 bunny’s and recieved 2 that were totally different to picture. Cheap crap . Paid £22 asked for full refund and they would only send credit for £5. Disgusting

Avoid avoid avoid! I’ve been charged £16 for a £5.99 product and now apparently stuck in US customs? Won’t engage regarding a refund. I’m fed up with chasing them, lesson learned I suppose.

Worst company I ever dealt with DO NOT ORDER THROUGH THEM. I paid £8 for an item when it arrived it simply did not work. I emailed the completely useless customer service and they offered £1 GBP as compensation! 🤣 STAY WELL CLEAR OF THESE RIP OFF MERCHANTS

Recently this company advertised a Lego type Dashchund Valentines Day gift which I purchased for my partner, over 2 weeks before the said day.
I have been requesting information as to when this item is being delivered and they informed me it was on route to the UK, but after checking it is now nearly a dozen destinations deep in the USA!!!

This has to be the worst company I have ever dealt with and I will never order from these jokers again!! Amateur outfit with no respect for customers fulfilment!!!

Placed the order. VAT added after and charged. When I queried they said this was a mistake and refunded. Cheap product, definitely not worth the money. Would not buy from them again.

I ordered an ‘end of life’ book price £4.95. Payment via PayPal was £14.95. Book hasn’t been delivered and tracking ‘not available’. I’ve emailed several times their latest response was “we’re currently on holiday don’t send any more emails as it causes confusion have a nice life”! Well that’s my lesson learned 😡

Would give a minus score if I could! Absolute scam company, take your order then charge you more on top- told me they’ll refund for the extra money taken then took it out a second time! Furious 😡 Please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

My Norton security blocked allowing me to pay.
When I checked this company out it seems they are in China and are not strictly kosher.
They quite often add costs to the order without reason.
They advise taking out the insurance as they say they are not responsible for the item arriving!
Avoid.

Ordered a book and paid by Google pay and had a phone call from the bank within 5 mins to say that they changed amount and name of company so they had to freeze my card as there were repeated attempts to get money

Having had numerous correspondence with this Company and no outcome, I informed them that I had left a review on Trustpilot and received an email stating that they had resent my order, which I received today

I cannot fault the items

Update. I have still not received my items and company refusing refund, advising I wait for delivery of items and then seek refund what a scam. Ordered two worry teddies in November for my autistic grandson, still haven't received them. Tracking shows they are in Birmingham since 16 December, tracking not updated. I have asked for a refund, to be told to wait until delivery and then they will consider a refund, what a joke!! Wish I had read reviews before ordering.
