Excellent shopping experience! Ordered shirts for my son’s 14th birthday. My order was delivered ahead of the schedule. The printing and fabric quality was awesome. Thank you guys.

Second time we bought Christmas shirts from this website and they delivered top quality products, fast, and at a very reasonable price. Thanks.

The shirts were exactly as described and delivered in a timely manner. The overall quality was awesome and totally worth the price. Thank you guys!

My shirts came out wonderful. I chose a rather difficult design and they printed it nicely. Fabric quality was also awesome. A great website to look for unique designs and high quality products.

First time ordering from this company. I was a bit nervous with some of the mixed reviews and it was a Facebook ad. From the beginning I was pleasantly surprised. Customer Service was quick to respond to my comment with tracking information. Followed up during the process. I would recommend them. A++

Very happy with my order. Definitely gonna do more business very soon

I ordered two of these son tee shirt's to give to my adult sons.
I bought them to make them laugh but didn't think they would wear them! How wrong I was, they both wear these t shirts regularly.
The surprising thing to me was the quality. These shirts do not bleed any colour, they have not gone out of shape or worn in any way.
I also find that I don't need to iron them, the hardly crease.
If these shirts are the same quality as my sons, I would thoroughly and highly recommend
I found the customer service brilliant.

This shirt was for my wife she lived it, a bit smaller in size but she does love it.
Thanks

Saw this company on a Facebook ad and was hesitant to place an order due to being burned previously from a different company. Sent an email asking questions about the company and was satisfied with the response I received. I placed my order for a canvas print and received it fairly quick. Needless to say I am very satisfied with my purchase and very satisfied with this company.

The shirt was better then expected. Arrived on time and i know my first christmas with my girl is going to be great

I ordered a blanket for my daughter and received a blanket with verbiage in another language. I've made ultiple attempts to contact this group and nothing. So, I'm contacting the Better Business Bureau. I mean all I wanted was a replacement in English.

Ordered a canvas print on the 5th November. was shipped on the 10th, via UPS. On checking tracking went from USA to Switzerland, then to their Post Office, allocated a new tracking number then sent back to USA. Contacted Cool family Tee on their live chat. Who were less then helpful & would not answer my questions. So asked for a refund & was told "We don't do refunds". Opened a dispute with my Credit card in a hope of getting my money back.
Update. 8th January, email from them saying going to send replacement. Emailed back saying it was a christmas present so no longer required, please just refund me. Response back saying we don't do refunds.
Update. Credit Card Company didn't get a response,so have refunded me.

The blanket for my wife was exactly as it appeared in the ad. Very pleased, and would highly recommend them!

Great product, looking and receiving exactly as advertised. Will definitely use again in future.

I purchased a "novelty" T-shirt for my wife as a surprise gift. She loved it so much she was actually jumping up and down like a little kid.

It was my first order and I received a lot of guidance from the customer service. It was an excellent experience from start to finish. The final product exceeded my expectations.

Great experience. Price was awesome! Great t-shirts, speedy delivery. Company keeps you updated on your order, from placing it until it's delivered. Our purchase arrived on time and looked exactly how we expected. Good quality. Would buy again.

Customer service was great. When we received the finished products they were perfect. Our customers were very happy. Definitely recommend!

My Black Periodic Table shirt is so unique and creative that all my friends loved it and trust me they will be ordering the same design soon, if they haven’t already!
