First of all, I have to say that the event calendar plugin is really great. It was a great help in implementing the project. The support for technical problems is truly first-class, for which I am very grateful. I can highly recommend this development company and their tools.

Support was great for this plugin but unfortunately there was compatibility issues that the Cool Plugin connected to, no issue with Cool Plugins plugin itself as it did exactly what it was supposed to do. I Applied for the guaranteed refund with the 14 days of testing and had no issues getting a refund. Support is Really nice to deal with and came back to me very quickly.

I've had to contact support in the past for a plugin, but Vishali with Cool Plugins went above and beyond to help me out with my issues. I highly suggest using their products.

Although I bought the Cool Timline Pro plugin to use with Elementor, I cancelled the service (I'm inexperienced when it comes to building websites and gave up on day 3) and received a full refund. I was positively surprised on their prompt and positive reply when asking for a refund.

Jyoti helped me promptly. She had me set up a temporary login for my site, then went in and fixed the issue. My experience of Cool Plugins support staff has been amazing. I've never had to wait for a reply. And they've stuck with me until the problem is solved!

I ran into an issue with the Timeline widget. The helpdesk responded within a couple of hours and resolved the issue immediately and professionally. I'll definitely will use Cool Plugins for more widgets in the future.

They delivered exactly what was advertised: a CoinMarketCap-style WordPress site using CoinGecko API and their plugins. The setup works and looks exactly like the demo.

However, this is basically a prebuilt template + plugins. Nothing custom, nothing unique, and nothing particularly impressive. You’re not getting a “project”, you’re getting a cloned setup anyone could replicate with the same plugins.

It’s usable and functional, but don’t expect anything premium or special. Even with the discount, I’d describe it as “okay”, not great.
