Super easy to use and support was great. Would definitely recommend this plugin to others wanting to add conditional formatting and country code.

I especially appreciate clear and understandable explanations. Focusing on solving problems matches my approach to work: If I know, I solve it, if I don't know, I know who does! The speed of response to my questions is also commendable!

We had an issue, they addressed it, corrected it all in a timely manner, over the holidays I might add.

Edit: Don't know if it's because I posted this review, but not long after it, they responded to the ticket and accepted the refund. Because I now received the refund, I changed the rating to 4 stars.

I accidently bought the wrong plugin. On their site there is a message "7 Days Risk-Free Money Back Guarantee. Get a 100% refund within 7 days, no questions asked".

After I purchased and downloaded the plugin, I saw that it was not the plugin I was looking for. I created a support ticket the same day to ask for a refund. After more than a week still no answer about the refund. Now the 7 days have passed and I have not received a refund.

The “no questions asked” part is to be taken literally. They do not ask questions :-(

Efficient and professional customer service. The plugin works well.

I transferred my website to a new host. During the transfer, somehow, my license got linked to the host's website. The problem escalated because this happened on Friday afternoon, and the website was crashing too. To resolve it, I was forced to buy the plugin -again - to get a new license. I shared the exact story with their support, and on Monday, they transferred the correct license back to my website and refunded my purchase. All of this happened without me needing to convince them, and they genuinely tried to help me.

Good plugin 👍 However, we had some issues that we addressed to the support team regarding:

- Changing the decimal separator (. or ,) as well as the thousand thousands separator (, or .) used in many non-English speaking countries.

- Changing the number of decimals (e.g. zero, one or two decimals) in both input fields and calculation fields.

- Adding a prefix or suffix to number input fields that should always be visible »after« the number input entered by the user.

Unfortunately, the answer didn't meet our needs. Nontheless, we want to support the Cool Plugins team in order to (hopefully) motivate them to include these options in a future update.

I bought this plugin today and it was the easiest calculator form I have ever made. Honestly, I wish I'd had this tool years ago. I had a question about how to do something and I received a friendly and helpful reply in around an hour. I couldn't be happier. Thanks so much!

The support is amazing! I reported an issue and they fixed in within a blink of an eye. The next update will contain the fix as well. I wish, that more companies would have a support like that!
