It's so quick and good

The Co-op I feel has always been a a good company for many, many years.

I bought the multi trip , couples, travel insurance - it was an extremely good price compared to other companies.

The cover itself is excellent, a really good cover overall - and you can add to it if you have any extras you’d need too.

Bought after an initial quote, which was easy to do/understand and the site itself is easy to navigate.

Overall it was very easy and straightforward to buy the insurance and the documents were sent quickly.

First time using the Co-op for travel insurance but would definitely do so again.

The renewal was easy & straight forward. Scott was very professional & helpful.

It was the price that got me hooked. It was way cheaper than any of the others I had been looking at. The comparison for making a claim and what I would have to pay were roughly the same. This was completed on line in roughly 5 minutes.

Able to speak to a human being, instead of hoping that the info given on line is correct, there is someone there to help and advise you if there is something you are unsure of.

23rd September I wrote a review about my car insurance and the change of police 4 months down the line. To be told my details have been passed on and I would get a phone call. 8 days on and I’m still waiting for this said phone call. SHAME on you Co op I hope in the next 8 months I don’t have to get in touch with you if I break down or worse.

Spoke to a lovely lady called Julie who helped me out with my new policy. She was very helpful and took her time to explain everything.

I received first class, compassionate support today from Neveen at Co-Op insurance . I had inadvertently taken out, and paid for, insurance that I did not require. She effectively and efficiently cancelled that insurance and replaced it with a more appropriate policy at a considerably cheaper rate. The whole process, over the phone, was done politely at a pace that I was comfortable with.
