I ordered a mystery box and I received some items that seemed to be worn or without brand tags or price tags. I tried to contact the customer service but I didn't received any answer. It's been months since my attempt to reach them.

Regarding our mystery boxes, all items are new and have been rewashed to ensure they are unused. Some items may come from returns to reduce waste, which might result in missing brand or price tags. We apologize for any confusion and inconvenience this may have caused.

They don’t react and don’t send the stuff. I had to charge back the money after they refused to react to the contact attempt. Save your time and money with these guys

Amazing customer service
I accidentally received the wrong item, but the team was really quick to handle the situation and I could get the one I orignially order without any issue. The bag is SO SO pretty and unique. It looks even better in real life, I'm in love. Really happy.
