Poor betting site
Poor betting site, lots of crashes , customer support useless, I mean none . When you give them documents to verify account take approximately 3 months , then you start chasing them and they close account. Very unprofessional manner . On numerous occasions, I have had to wait days and days of jumping through hoops to be able to withdraw money back to my bank. It is impossible to speak to a person everything is done by E-mail. Shocking Service. Use this company at your peril. If you win, you are not guaranteed to receive your money. Please read reviews from other people. I wish I had. I previously supplied all required documentation to authenticate my account yet they’re still wanted me to do this again and again and again every time I won Money. It was like they just wanted to hang onto my money and look for any reason not to pay out

Quick to take money but super slow to…
Quick to take money but super slow to pay back out.
Instant bank transfer, funds available straight away. Withdrawing takes days!
Also, quick to restrict an account even
Though I’m still net down but had a few good wins
Website is fine if a bit clunky
Odds are ok and they do day before odds on horses racing which is good.
Just need to improve on pay out speeds

So this is my situation
So this is my situation. I have deposited the money into my account and the funds went through then they told me and then explained to me like can only use one way to deposit money either my bank card or a bank transfer even though they give you the option of depositing money both ways now I have not received my money back yet and I have spoken with free customer service employees and they both seem to generate the same email to me and then when I explained to them the situation no one responds I will attach all three different emails from the three different employees and I am still not getting anywhere

I really like CopyBet
I really like CopyBet. I ignore all the following others tips, so can’t comment on that. I just use it like a normal bookie and have had zero negative experiences with them so far. Their best odds guaranteed offer is the best out there, think it’s from final declarations onwards, none of this from 10am on day of the race nonsense like most UK bookies. I highly recommend CopyBet, and was not incentivised at all to say this.

I registered with this site after I had already enrolled with GamProtect, as I was unaware that the operator was part of this scheme at the time. Upon discovering this, I immediately requested that my account be closed and that any deposits be refunded, as I believe this constitutes a regulatory breach.
Despite making several requests, I have yet to receive a meaningful response. My account has been frozen but not formally closed as requested, and the matter remains unresolved. I would appreciate a clear update on the status of my request as soon as possible.
15th April Update still nothing heard no meaningful response. I will be escalating this matter shortly. Please give a meaningful response to this matter it’s been two weeks. I would recommend staying away from this site

UPDATED: Got money back
I changed this review as when I wrote it I had deposited £20 and was unable to withdraw it or make contact with support, leading me to believe their support was non-existent. I was only able to get this sorted by leaving this review, I now have my money back but won't be using CopyBet in future.
My account was restricted immediately after depositing due to a discrepancy between the name on my account and the name on my bank account, I've no complaint about this its understandable that I would need to send additional ID, however I sent at least 5 e-mails from two different devices and two different accounts and none seemed to get through whatever e-mail filters CopyBet use, and the only method of contact available is e-mail.
They responded once I left a review here letting me know that they had not received any emails but had seen my review. I believe the support staff are decent enough but CopyBet really need an alternative method of contact, most bookmakers have a reasonable web chat that will actually put you in touch with a human, CopyBets chat bot merely repeatedly instructs you to send an e-mail. They could also offer the ability to raise a support ticket from within the app, or provide a phone number which unfortunately seems to have gone out of fashion.

Generally the website is good however when I used it today there were no live streaming of the horse racing, I was last online on the site on Monday 23rd March and the streaming was OK then,I don't bet on anything I can't watch so I withdrew my balance.

I opened an account and deposited money. They then locked my account and asked that I send them a copy of my bank card, which I did via email. I have had no response to any of the emails I have sent to support, so my money is stuck in their account. Awful awful company. Will have to tkae further action to recover my money as they never reply to any emails.

The app is completely dysfunctional, I have tried to sign up, but the allow access button doesn't work at all (even though I have my GPS switched on) so I can't even sign up. And if you can't sign up you can't contact them. Totally useless and user unfriendly app in every way. Try a different bookmaker instead!

Can't verify account
Tried to sign up. They couldn't verify my account, so have been told I've been 'denied'. I have multiple betting accounts open with multiple UK bookies so doesn't this make any sense. Customer service also useless, giving no explanation
