Contacted support for withdrawel inquire got back to me so quick and was so polite and understanding have never had any issues withdrawing deposting or any other issues top betting provider

Deposit not credited for 8 hours.

I have updated to three stars as below now at least resolved albeit a worry it happened in first place and still one or two issues.

I have been betting for about 40 years.

For the first time ever a deposit I made which has left my bank and posted as complete/successful within a bookies site has not been credited.

It has been one fiasco after another since I decided to try a new bookmaker having been a customer of one of the big boys for many years.

**Update**

Funds finally credited 8 hours or so after I deposited them!! No apology or explantion as to why there was a delay - just email to say now available!!

Also bizarre each time I make a deposit have to enter full card details - someone called William told me this was due to safer gambling reason!! (I kid you not)

Terrible dont waste your time

Terrible dont waste your time.

Been a customer for a while never had any real problems the app is slow and doest update quick compared to others. Always provided docs when requested IE bank statements, ID etc however this time when I did a withdrawal they requested proof of income again and asked for 1 months bank statement. Whilst I provided this and they reviewed it my account was suspended and withdrawal not given. Days go by nothing then they tell me the need 3months bank statements. Again I provided them (these clearly show my wages from my employer of 10year). Wait longer withdrawal and account still on hold. Multiple follow up emails i send just get told to wait while they are reviewed. Very frustrated I tell them I will report them, couple of days later get the withdrawal. Couple of days after this received an email saying my account is closed without reason. Joke of a company

Red Flag

I was thoroughly enjoying using CopyBet and had no issues with depositing / withdrawing until yesterday. I had made many depsots and withdrawlas with no issues until yesterday when I made a withdrawal. The app said it had been processed but the money did not arrive in my bank (other withdrawals were instant). I contacted them and they said at first that the withdrawal had been returned from a previous deposit. I explained to them this just was not possible as I had made two larger withdrawals prior to this one and I had no pending transactions with CopyBet on my bank. The money simply did not arrive in my bank. They then sent me a confirmation letter today saying the withdrawal was completed on their side but that completely contradicts what they originally said regarding a reveresed deposit. Either way I haven't recieved the money and doubt I ever will. Account has now been suspended with money in and they've asked for a bank statement (which I will provide once my bank makes it available). I very much doubt I will see the withdrawal or money in my acocunt ever again. Hope i'm proven wrong but it's a big red flag.

Zero customer service

Registered and deposited and was immediately told I need to contact customer services by the BOT via email did that three times zero response cash still there and no way of using it

Experience Of CopyBet as a new customer

I have been using CopyBet recently and have really enjoyed my experiencing. The UI is nice and navigating the app is easy. I am unsure why there are so many negative comments. Deposits are quick and instant - only I am waiting for my withdrawals to be processed however I understand they may take a little bit of time. Overall really enjoying the app!

Call your MP

Complete disaster..started betting on 29 Nov and same day account frozen. Sent £320 to my bank and not received. Had to send 10 e/mails to and from copybet without it being resolved. Wish I had looked on this site first they have a very bad reputation. If things aren't sorted out I will ask my MP to take it up

Avoid this bookmaker like the plague! My bet won and they settled it as a loss and refuse to pay the winnings. They make up their own rules to get themselves out of paying out the win. I am in the process of making a formal complaint to the gambling commission about this company. If I can give you any advice do NOT use this bookmaker! Avoid avoid avoid!!

I had an awful experince with copybet…

I had an awful experince with copybet and would urge anyone to reconsider betting with them. Firstly, it took over 3 weeks for them to verify my account then when I could finally deposit funds, there was an error placing bets. I attempted to speak to a customer service agent via live chat but waited over 30 minutes and no human agent was available - only AI which could not fix my problem. Eventually I just withdrew my money and closed the account.
