Since having an accident my continued rehabilitation require my home to have an extra stairs handrail, to provide a rail on the opposite side to the original one .After investigating two firms ,neither of which were totally made to measure to suite my stairway which includes a half landing and fourteen stairs. Then I discovered Coremount,I thought their products were an excellent design and the materials used are of exceptional quality .Having made a telephone call and a conversation with their owner Rob I provided the dimensions and layout of the stairs and my oak requirements .He explained the need of one critical measurement ( between my half landing walls),The remaining are not too critical as the rail run finishes with an finished stainless steel bezzeled end .Following my order the kit was delivered in 6 days .
I new the stainless steel brackets were of good 361 stainless steel but the robustness and beautiful well engineered finish exceeded my expectations .
I was undecided on the choice of the three oak colours and speaking to Rob suggested matching my existing other banister which is mahogany ,Coremount matched the colour from my photographs .
It's all been fitted now and I able to put my whole weight supporting my body whilst I'm recovering with the use of one leg .
I can't praise Rob and his team enough for their help in my stair rail design and its excellent quality ,which only required 24 screws and their plugs to fully fit the kit of parts .All instructions ,with detailed photos of my design and materials are supplied together with numbered ends to all the oak rails and Allen keys to assemble each joint..i will certainly recommend this company

This is a very high quality product and looks great once installed. The installation was pretty straight forward. The company delivered before christmas even though the order was placed on the Friday before christmas... truely amazing. Very helpful on the phone too.

Good quality solid stair rail and looks very smart when installed. Excellent service both delivery and correspondance . Definitely requires two people to install . Would reccomend this product to anyone who needs a quality stair hand rail.

Stair handrail is a good colour match with existing oak bannister. Nicely designed product that looks stylish and feels very sturdy. Instructions to fit were clear and product easy to install once the measuring was done. Not the cheapest product that I could have bought, but very pleased with the end result

The whole thing was exceptional! From the first step of the process of choosing the specific product (in this case three golden oak finish handrails of varying lengths), to having our questions answered very promptly, to realising the cleverness of the design and level of customisation possible. Then a few days later the whole thing arrived in one compact box, including every last bolt, screw and rawl plug properly packaged. Beautiful lengths of oak and stainless steel brackets of great design and quality!
Having now installed them we are extremely happy with the result.
