Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. As a small family company, we strive to be better than the mainstream parts distributor's. This is involves a one to one personal approach. Money is not our guide. It is the Journey.

Don't buy 24 hrs delivery as its a waste of money and when you complain its always someone else's fault ,
I ordered a part at 0800 in the 15th they never even posted it until after 1700 proof provided by them and the part didnt arrive until lunch time on the 17th this is unacceptable if you pay 24hr delivery charge then any normal person would expect to receive it by the end of the 16th but not until lunchtime the next day

I refer to my reply email. I am in NO WAY in control at which the mail services operate.
There's always the postage option of Special Delivery Next Day before 1pm. However, RM24 is NOT guaranteed for next day delivery. It 'aims' to deliver the next day - see https://www.royalmail.com/sending/uk/tracked-24
For urgent orders, say, to get a car off a ramp, Special Delivery NEXT DAY GUARANTEED before 1pm, would have been advisable. But this does cost about £4 more for the convenience of knowing it will come the next day.
P.s. It was someone else's fault. And on another note, the mail is not picked up until 17:15 - this includes mail for Special Deliveries that get delivered the NEXT DAY.
I even thought of dropping your order off to you. But Hampshire is a bit far from Chester. Plus, my 16 year old car was off the road, as it was getting a new brake line to pass the MOT.
Thanks for the one star. I hope the same was given to Royal Mail.
Kind regards,
Pete.

Hi Kay. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. It means a lot to my small family business. I'm glad too, that you found the website easy to use. I was thinking of using a different eCommerce platform. But I think I will keep it as it is. All the best, Pete.
